Xbox 360 Faceplate Removal

I sent mine for repair and didn't take off the faceplate. Please tell me they'll send it back with a faceplate.

The memory unit B slot broke into the xbox, and I want to fix it, but I can't get in behind it. If I take the faceplate off, will that allow me to fix the memory slot?

when u take off the faceplate dose it ruin th warrenty or do u have to remove th sticker

taking the faceplate off will NOT void the warrenty. but, yes, taking off the sticker will void it.

Taking off the faceplate doesn't void the warranty. In fact if you ever have to send it in, they'll probably ask you to remove the faceplate before you ship it out.

You can buy a faceplate pretty much anywhere that sells games, they're pretty common.

I'd be surprised if Gamestop didn't have them, but I'm not gonna say they do cause I honestly never shopped there.

Yeah it scratches the disk up making it un-useable.

it only scratches the disk when u tilt the console while it has the disc in i think that the disc might have to be spinning but idunno and thats when the disturbing sound happens. otherwise it will work if it is standing up
