okay, it wasn't a mistake. jeanie WAS the only name missing, but there was a good reason for that - she was shown taking her name plaque when she left in season 6, and she left without anyone (besides kerry) knowing. so logically it's the only one that wouldn't be there, and that's exactly what they showed, 9 years later. pretty impressive attention to detail.
