Imo, All Dimmu Borgir's albums from För All Tid to Spiritual Black Dimensions are ture melodic blackmetal, all very good albums and worth for buying. Then at PEM, it became more like "industrial", it's good album, but different in many ways.. DCA is also very good album, even it's their new stuff.. ISD has been extremely well composed, but in musically, it isn't so good albums like the older albums... Let's see, what they do next!

And yes, Mayhem is the veterans of blackmetal! ^^

I add one thing more... Maniac was my favorite vocalist of Mayhem, his voice was brutal and full of anger in the albums and gigs! :) Attila is good vocalist too, he can do many kind of voices that it's interesting! Dead was good vocalist, but only special thing about him that he was guite weird... Newer Mayhem is better than older Mayhem, because it's more technical and interesting than older stuff.. Older stuff is good too, but newer the better :) That is my comment to all comments here..thx!:)

I think that Maniac lost his voice at his last gigs with Mayhem.. He didn't scream so well than in WLA, GDoW or Chimera... So I didn't really like it, but it isn't the worst singing I've heard :P Attila is talented vocalist too, but somehow, Maniac's voice and performance is better... Maniac's screaming is aggressive and almost inhuman :D Attila's voice is kind of ambient or something in Ordo Ad Chao :P Both are good... (btw, as a BM-vocalist myself, Maniac is my idol)
