actually, the copyright thing doesn't even need 1 view. It gets scanned as soon as it's processed and viewable to even the uploader. Some companies will ban their music entirely while others prefer to put ads on your video link and even link to the authors original youtube page or to the itunes store to purchase it. I think option 2 is better but we have no say in the matter. You can always upload it to another video site or just use game audio instead of music from composers.
