@GPThorpe94 I know what you're saying but I think if it was longer it would ruin it, its like Hendrix's Little Wing which just starts getting totally awesome into his solo and then fades out. It just leaves you wanting more. I think its prefect how it is.

@jakekarlson It's hardly the first or most obvious use of their music in a show, but I think this is a better song than Hold On Hope (and the scene wasn't just sentimental rubbish), so if anything I'm glad it was used. It doesn't feel like something I was into is being ruined, but I knew Linehan loved GBV before he used any in the show...

You know, I love IT Crowd too, but I can't help but wonder, have none of you heard GBV before? I remember when I heard Alien Lanes for the first time back in 98. It changed everything for me and I've been a fan ever since. I've seen them 5 times live and they were some of the best shows I've ever seen. The best American rock group in the last 20 years, end of.

@AScoppa - how funny you should say that! I was backstage w GBV after a great asskiciking show in Belgium in 1996, and I told Bob just that. He was quitely amused. We partied half the night away, Tobin doing airguitar stunts. Getting high w the coolest cats around. A golden r'n'r night to remember.
