I hate it when it storms like this. I remember that day. I was home with my parents, sister and her friends and it started out as a normal rain storm but then it was just non stop lighting and the wind just blew like crazy.
@QuietGiantProduction Yeah. I was at my summer camp in Frankfort (near Tinley Park). We were having a dance when they stopped it and we had to take 60+ kids into shelter while trying to calm some of them at the same time.
Live in the suburbs my power was out due to an uprooted tree for more than 12 hours. Buddy of mine power was out for 2 days. Lived here all my life and this was the worst storm I have been through. People in my neighborhood had their roofs torn off. Bad stuff.

i know rthat was scary! i dont live in Chicago but i live like 30 mins away and warning by me but no tornado and no sirens!
