So did you just epoxy the LCDVF onto the shade or did you epoxy the magnet onto the shade

@joecoz26 i broke of the stuff on the shade that was suppose to be there. Then i broke the glass. After that i put epoxy on the actual shade and pushed the LCDVF onto it. Put some books on it and let it be there for 24hrs.
