I think you mismatch this game with Guitar hero mobile. I have this game, but there arent't stars (you get verbal ratings ratings ball room band, city rocker, axe master) and there are no songs in expert that you could handle with only 3 buttons :)

if there is a flash version of the game and you have a way of putting files on your phone (like bitpim) it should be simple. however on my phone this game is written in BREW which i dont think anyone has found a way to hack yet? havnt tried in forever cause PSP is the best mobil thing around! XD
