I was a DJ in the 90's and this used to be my intro music. It's with me everywhere, my library, my car, my phone, my laptop. Thumbs up if you think that the "0" next to the dislike button will remain there alone forever !!
I have lidtened to this album for many years. I feel that Andrew is the most underated guitarist. I am not sure when this was recorded but did Andrew devisw fret tapping ?
Im 16 years old now, and i can play this song on my own. But OMG Latimer is not only a very very good guitarist, but how have he ever wrote this? Im always so imprissed by his playing live. He doen'st look at his guitar, no he looks like he is gonna cry. So much feeling....
Im a 15 year old boy now, and i heard Camel for the first time when i was 8, at the begining is just liked it, but now its different. Every time i see Andy Latimer, playin his guitar with his eyes closed and looks like he is crying, i feel so very much love for this guitar playing and i don't now what it is but i get tears in my eyes. I play the electric guitar for myself but its too hard too play like Latimer.
The notes are not so dificult, no it is the emtion! Wow..

I'm always so impressed about this music.It isn't a talent ..... it's something more.
I grown up with Camel ,Alan Parsons, and others, and now I see a lot of crap like Lady GaGa,(and other shit,I don't even remember their names)and i ask myself why It's disappeared !???
la primera vez que escucha a estos artistas, fue en la playa en una aventura fantastica, llena de libertad interior y paz, era fantastico el conjugar el entorno nocturno, desde la arena hasta el crugir las olas del mar y mzclarla con la musica UNICO!!!
I find Andy's guitarplaying truly unique, he sings on his instrument. And ofcourse mr. Scherpenzeel is also great, hats off!! I first became aware of the band since 1987, have seen them live in Holland for 3 times now. Hope things will become better for Andy in 2010
actually this was the first Camel album I listened , it was around 1995. Since then I became a Camel's fan. My favorite albums are Mirage and Snow Goose..
WOW! Thanks for sharing! I've got this DVD as well, fantastic show. I must thank you for editing it, In the Arms of Waltzing Frauleins is ok for the beginning of Stationare Traveller, but it should not be continued by Pressure Points.

Camel are the best of, so called "progressive rock".
Better than Pink Floyd,Genessis,King Crimson etc.
Simply the best.
Fantastic musicians all of them.

camel continued to rule in the 80's, when a lot of bands from their era fell flat on their face.
