I think the MGS4 ending was lame. Snake committing suicide to save the world from his disease would have been EPIC. Kojima went for the happy Hollywood ending though...

Otacon is right about one thing nobody can tell snakes story better then him because Otacon lived with Snake and been to war after war with him. (True NON-blood Brothers). I hope they play some kind role in MGS5. And I loved Otacon joke about sunny eggs at the end. But now that they are back home can't they just go to the store and buy real taste good food. Honestly I think The Boss probably was the most courageous of the 3, she had to simultaneously defect for the purpose of a cover story to gain the Philosopher's Legacy, knowing she'd have to be killed by then Naked Snake in order to complete the cover and in turn her mission. But she wouldn't let Naked Snake just take her life, he had to prove he could beat her before she left her title to him. Hardcore.
Big Boss got beaten up by many people and survived a nuke. He had to kill his own friend and mentor which whom he had a deep relationship, and his former commader which he had amusing conversations with on the radio.
He was right there at the beginning. He got to see his unlikely son/brother before he died.
There's just so much to say about him. I'm not saying Jack's better than David, but I respect them both and I want people to remember what Jack had to go through.

well this game will nver come out for the 360 because mgs4 has so used so much disc space on the dual layer it takes 49GB. and the xbox 360 only has 8 GB. so it will never come on 360.
mi sure they can but the graphics will suck big balls on the 360 sorry to say. in the future ps3 will get so many amazing games no one really knows what kind of potential that system has and its alot let me tell u. mgs4 didnt even use its full potential of the ps3 but the graphics are impressive.
funny you should say that as the memory system bandwidth in Xbox 360 exceeds the PS3s by five times :) It's CPU has more general purpose processing power because it has three general purpose cores, while the Cell of the PS3 has just one. And on a closing note as far as memory goes, the Xbox 360 has 278.4 GB/s of memory system bandwidth the PS3 has less than one-fifth of that with 48 GBs of total memory system bandwidth. So I don't think there would be an issue ^_^ so, I'll hope ^_^

Which takes existing data and squeezes it into a smaller space either with a lossy or lossless algorithm and creates new data at runtime. In other words if you play a game in high definition(or WMV 720) it only takes up 6Mbps per 3 hours of footage (so 2 an hour) on the disk and with 9 GBS i wouldnt be worried yet again ^_^ hehe.

after playing all of the mgs games, this one really ended the saga in a bang! no matter how much i love this game and the series, i actually hope this is the last one: mainly because after a climax as big as this game you can not do much more with the series. i want this series remembered as an epic masterpiece, and i feel that a game after this one, even a prequel, would just not have the same affect. metal gear solid is over! if a new game is created have it under a different Metal Gear title.

Big Boss got beaten up by many people and survived a nuke. He had to kill his own friend and mentor which whom he had a deep relationship, and his former commader which he had amusing conversations with on the radio.
He was right there at the beginning. He got to see his unlikely son/brother before he died.
There's just so much to say about him. I'm not saying Jack's better than David, but I respect them both and I want people to remember what Jack had to go through.

Now that I've seen both, I'm still sure MGS3 is my favorite based on gameplay, difficulty, the circumstances, the music, the era, the equipment, the boss battles, and the story. The story is perfect.

well this game will nver come out for the 360 because mgs4 has so used so much disc space on the dual layer it takes 49GB. and the xbox 360 only has 8 GB. so it will never come on 360.

mi sure they can but the graphics will suck big balls on the 360 sorry to say. in the future ps3 will get so many amazing games no one really knows what kind of potential that system has and its alot let me tell u. mgs4 didnt even use its full potential of the ps3 but the graphics are impressive.

funny you should say that as the memory system bandwidth in Xbox 360 exceeds the PS3s by five times :) It's CPU has more general purpose processing power because it has three general purpose cores, while the Cell of the PS3 has just one. And on a closing note as far as memory goes, the Xbox 360 has 278.4 GB/s of memory system bandwidth the PS3 has less than one-fifth of that with 48 GBs of total memory system bandwidth. So I don't think there would be an issue ^_^ so, I'll hope ^_^

lol i know all that i was talking about disc space. as xbox 360 doesnt use HD discs they use normal dvds as sony uses there dual layer blu ray disc so ha!! :]

which would be true if the xbox DVDs didnt use Compression and Procedural Synthesis. Which takes existing data and squeezes it into a smaller space either with a lossy or lossless algorithm and creates new data at runtime. In other words if you play a game in high definition(or WMV 720) it only takes up 6Mbps per 3 hours of footage (so 2 an hour) on the disk and with 9 GBS i wouldnt be worried yet again ^_^ hehe.

no, it is not gonna come out for xbox 360 because metal gear solid is a game featured by SONY (creator of ps3), so it is for PS3 ONLY.
Like Halo 3 never come out for ps3 because it is featured by MICROSOFT (creator of xbox 360)

waaaa????????? halo franchise is owned by microsoft isn't it? so even if bungie leaves microsoft halo will still stay on xbox.
and the metal gear solid franchise is owned by konami. so its up to them and/or kojima if they want it on sony's console or anywhere else. plus wasn't there an MGS game released on xbox???(MGS2:Substance)

Incorrect. Bungie is a sub-company under Microsoft, their parent company so chances are most likely that MS owns licensing rights to the Halo franchise.

after playing all of the mgs games, this one really ended the saga in a bang! no matter how much i love this game and the series, i actually hope this is the last one: mainly because after a climax as big as this game you can not do much more with the series. i want this series remembered as an epic masterpiece, and i feel that a game after this one, even a prequel, would just not have the same affect. metal gear solid is over! if a new game is created have it under a different Metal Gear title.
