1, You don't copyright days or months, otherwise it means they're only copyrighted to that day/month. (for example you basically said these instrument tracks you ripped from GH belong to you and all material is copyrighted to you on August 23rd 2009 only)

2, this is not even yours to copyright, not the music, nor even that picture you chose.
