  • thom is so cute haha. i love Colin's dancing in the beginning :)

  • 2:24 HAHAHAHA thom's dancing and the crows wants to catch up with him hahahaha

  • This song leaves me speechless. Prefer this to the album version by far!

  • I feel attracted by this song, but I have no idea what it is about, haha, explanations?

  • @vitorfray I think this song and the album talks about artificial child ( that's my opinion)

  • thom york + ecstasy = :)

  • me encanta me encanta me encanta me encanta me encanta

  • to think that usher was inspired by radiohead while writing "OMG"... :) anyone else think the crowd at the start of the video sounds like the sample he uses in the song? but i guess it doesn't surprise me, everyone's ripping off radiohead these days...

  • This is better then the studio version....wow.

  • bass sounds amazing :)

  • how come when they do this song live he never does the first couple lines? ' i slipped away..' stil great though

  • 1:11 - I'VE GOT TECHNOLOGY, SUCKERS.

  • come on, kids...

  • extremely awesome version! i love both but this amazing! go best band in history! :D

  • Jonny is so awkward looking. Thats cause he's a rapist. A FUCKING GUITAR RAPIST MAN! GO RADIOHEAD!

  • Just a wonderful performance, no doubt in my mind.

  • He must be REALLY high...

  • @ozarkalfa indeed he does! haa

but thiis song sounds much better high(:

  • I struggle to listen to the album version sometimes, I'm not patient enough.

    But this...

    This is genius.

  • You know, fellow Radiohead fans, I think "Kid A" is the weirdest song they have ever written. I mean, you can´t dance to it like "15 steps" or "idioteque", or rock out to it like "Just" and "Bones", neither can you completely lose control like "Paranoid Android" or "Climbing Up The Walls". You can only stare at it, quietly though, and try and merge with the song.

I actually think this song has a twin brother (from the OKC era), "How I Made My Millions". It´s Oh so Quiet, they are both superb.

  • @eazzy93 Ummm ... you can't dance to it? So what is Thom doing there on stage while singing the video? Having a seizure? :)

  • @illegalsmirf cool, mate :l

  • @eazzy93 and yet the god of all music thom Yorke is the only one able to do all that

  • @eazzy93 I disagree. I can dance to it, lose control to it, and still have the ability to examine how aesthetically pleasing it is (I like your description, stare at it). Kid A is the most played song on my iPod. :P

  • I love radio head but I can not for the life of me love thom yorke

  • @zerokool5string What is there in Thom Yorke to not love about him ?

  • thom is crazy, but in a sympathic way...

  • My view of music was completely changed by Radiohead, thank you.

  • @assasinman87 same here bro

  • oh my goodness.. what a feeling, to listen tom york... and the masses...

he has closed his eyes... and feels... like us!

  • i was finished cutting and about to commit suicide and this saved my life.

thank you thom yorke you dont know me but i feel i know you.

    you saved my life.

and to all the fans thank you

  • @MelanieLotus same here its good ;3

  • @MelanieLotus Explain yourself, please.

  • radiohead changed my life.

  • what's wrong with ppl who don't like Radiohead: they're not matured yet. give them 10 years. they'll realize how wrong they were when they reach the 20s or 30s... Radiohead fans today, take pride in the fact that we're all musically more matured. its just a matter of time... They havent become Radiohead fans... YET.

  • @mrcrazyoli welcome to the world xD

  • @locomotive147 >implying without greentext

    laughingelfman.jpg

  • Come on kids!

  • perfect harmony.

  • Every time i listen to this song i can't help but think about the Voyager 1 and 2 space crafts. Yes, i know it sounds crazy and messed up but it's just so eerily beautiful if that makes any sense. I always picture Voyager 1 just floating out in space.... strange

  • Report to star deck, Space Cadet. :-)

  • Who else agrees thats phil's drums/percussion is so baller in this live version making it better than the original

  • does it bother anyone else that thom never sings the first verse? some of my favorite lyrics of all time

  • He does sometimes, he sang the first verse at All Points West '08.

  • i'll take your word for it...none of the videos i've seen of kid a have the first verse...mega lame

  • Radiohead just make me feel good, I love this version so much.

  • the most beautiful work: kid a

  • Damn this is the best thing I've ever heard!!! So good.

  • just amazing!!!!

  • Thom writes songs about troubled things that make him sad. He does not look down on little people. He reminds me of Willy Wonka.

  • wireless MIC please.

  • I want this version of the song so bad! :,(

  • one of the best songs ever.

it was dedicated by thom to the first cloned human, which doesn't exist yet.

    epic, visionary.

  • Where did you read this?

  • I read somewhere it's named after a sampler they used to make it...... I'll guess we'll never know

  • really!!!? I didn't kneeeeew =0 where did you heard that?

  • the song is actually about the possibility that this human being has already been created but portrays it in a dark way, as if the person or kid was taken away against their will to be experimented on. lines like "standing in the shadows at the end of my bed" either refer to a guilty feeling or even a kidnapper at the end of a literal bed, "rats and children follow me out of town" is referring to the Pied Piper, but is also comparing the kids to lab rats, being experimented on and cloned.theory

  • You are smart.

  • thank you (:

  • This is the sound of the future ... nearly a decade after it was born ... = genius, sheer fuckin genius!

  • Man, I never really listened to the album version of this song but this is great live!

  • i miss the opening lines

  • Amazing quality, thank you!

  • Love Thom's rhythmic dancing at the start!

  • Sounds best while depressed and on medication.

  • haha how is this not true?? kid a and good weed is the best way to get over your depression... clinically proven.

  • radiohead + weed = gets you closer to god hahaha

  • i read a big article in rolling stone (or some music mag) about a guy that had really bad clinical depression and he basically locked himself in a room for a few weeks, smoked weed, and listened to OK Computer... he's adamant it cured him. not a joke. is it really that surprising though? come on people, grow up.

  • despite what the "drug czar" wants you to think, the weed demon is not out to eat your soul. I remember thom saying jovially at bonnaroo "I'm staring out a 100,000 people all enjoying the sticky green." that's thom yorke, not me.

  • i love the 2 fucking versions

  • What other band in the world could make two versions of this song sound so good?

Also, what the hell must that roadie have thought when he went to pick up the synth and a dancing Thom Yorke bounces right past him?

  • @LeonardandStuff ==> daft punk could... look at alive 2007!

  • @LeonardandStuff you should check out the punch brothers cover. best you can get to the original.

  • so much better live, hands down!

  • this song makes me want 2 keep livin

  • no live is bet sor my opin any way

  • How come so many of Radiohead's songs are better live than on the studio albums?

  • I cant watch this without getting a massive grin :D

  • come on, kids!

    come on, kids!

    come on, kids!

  • what the fuck is wrong with people who don't like radiohead?

  • @edoublegplant well i guess not everyone is a depressed teenager

  • @edoublegplant In fact they are only two poor dumbass.

  • @edoublegplant nothing?

  • @edoublegplant The believed the hype, they believed the criticisms or they don't listen. It's just plain great music.

  • Someday, the planets will all line, hell will freeze over, Jesus will come back, and then this video will have more views then the creep music video.

  • this song reminds me of the video game pikmin.

  • i made this song, and gave it to radiohead
