Really well done, but yes, let him blink every so often. That monologue of Neo's at the end, at least I think, really parallels to Half-Life 2 well, what with Gordon freeing Earth form the Combine. Would be even better if it could have been him saying it.

This was done with faceposer in the source SDK downoadable thru the tools menu in steam. Want to know how to do it? Google it. That's how I learned, anyway.

Face-poser has a simple tool (phoneme editor) to animate lips to words, only problem is the tool doesn't work now for some reason, always get the error message: 'an error occurred during extraction'

if it works for you, just open the phoneme editor window in face poser then load an audio file you want(wave) then R-click the audio window and click 'redo extraction' type in what you want said, then click ok, you should be able to view the selected model in the main view saying your words
