So stock snail drum, if a person wants it bad enough, they will pay that much, I think I said it enough now....A freaking 1916, run of the MIll DWM are getting 1,500 2,000 now. ANy questions, ask me man......
@Doyouknowhowmuchusuc Haha damn, son, that was a lot of typing. I did a little looking around, most Artillery Lugers I could find are going for $1,500 to $5,000, so it looks like you're right. I don't know where you're getting that price quote for a WW1 DWM though. I still wouldn't pay over $1,500 for one unless it was fucking immaculate, or the Kaizer wiped his ass on it. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but we don't necessarily know if this thing is all matching or not.
And another thing, don't worry about shooting it, that gun is built better than anything made today, ALL parts, even the smallest rod is machined out of a solid block of steel, the frame is machined out of a 13 pound block of steel and there are over 1,300 manual steps in maching this thing. They are classics bro, and buy Sellior and Bellot 8mm for it, or Winchester white box,
@Doyouknowhowmuchusuc You do typically want to replace the return spring before firing it (keeping the old spring for originality's sake). It's the same with C96's and other older pistols, the spring is always the first thing to go, and you don't want to be firing one of these things with a broken spring.
And for the record, with what i see one here, I am the most versed person on here on Luger's. They been my life for over 23 years now. I had a 1900 American Eagle, that is a 5,000 dollar Luger all day long, Punch in sabbathmusic1 on FLickr that is me, look at the Lugers I had, I own only one now.
I don't know if you know this or not, but that weapon is worth a small fortune. Original Artillery Lugers are hard as fuck to come by these days and will run you a few grand. If you get a stock, even more. Please take very good care of it, it looks amazing.
@mugofdoom Son, let me tell ya something, I been collecting Lugers for over 21 years, if it is a genuine DWM, ALL matching and 90 to 100 percent, like it looks in the video's (Blueing) I would give you five grand for it. It is an Artillery with the drum etc, it is worth it trust me, and Lugers can cost 30 grand bro, Look up Kreighoff Luger WW2. New one's are 17,000
@Doyouknowhowmuchusuc Yes, I know about Kreighoff Lugers and many of the other, rarer variants that tend to cost an arm and/or a leg. I said rarely, not never :P

@mugofdoom It is in Remarkable shape too. HAD to have been a bring back from WW1. Or 2 possibly, amazing condition, I say 5 grand.

@Doyouknowhowmuchusuc
I'd say 2 or 3 grand is more accurate. Luger's are rarely worth that much.
