Nice interpretation. Arguably, the Cocteau Twins are one of the best band to have come out of the UK in the last 30 years. They were way of ahead of their time. Guitar players all over the world are inspired and have tried to emulate Robin Guthrie's use of pedals/effects and the sounds he came up with. Definitely a musicians band.

Yeah! This is a great cover. They could have covered someone in their same musical realm but they reached deep and covered the Cocteau Twins. Not sure if many Def Tones fans would even be familiar with the Cocteau Twins that being said this is a great, great cover.

@AOCRkid - The album "Heaven or Las Vegas" is a good entry point. The production is better than some of their earlier stuff and to me, is a little more ethereal. I love the earlier stuff like Blue Bell Knoll, Garlands and Peppermint Pig - still a swirling, cathedral of sound but, with this post-punk sort of rawness. IMHO

@sizonix this version sounds pretty much like the original dude, and really, by dissing the cocteau twins, you are dissing the deftones, they obviously covered this song because they liked it and are influenced by the Cocteau Twins and wanted to open their fans up to the bands that they like but you're too much of a fucking moron to understand that.
