Russia's part of the UN and that is enough. If she has to veto any country it is in the UN that she will do it, not at NATO. Question that needs to be asked, is NATO above the UN Security Council and can it go to war without UN authority? What if America or Israel violates Human Rights, can NATO attack them? The United Nations Security Council and Peace Keeping Forces are vested with the right to make war and their mandate come from all member states who vote accordingly.
