Interesting videos, thank you for posting them. I do have a question. Is the volume of oxygen / hydrogen coming from this enough to keep a car going? It's hard to tell how much gas is coming out of it on the video and I was not sure if it was making enough gas for a car. Thanks.
Why not try something others have not done with these HHO cells. Why not just use a fine mist of water over the cells like in fuel injection. This might allow for less amperage needed to break the bonds of the hydrogen/oxygen molecules.
I was thinking of a fine screen shaped into the inner diameter of a tube. The same type of screen that is used in a screen door but they do make even smaller and finer screens. If the pattern is alternated as well as +/- then pushing steam through the cylinder with the charge might be something to look into.
I think the key to the tube cells is to have as many neutrals between the anode and cathode as possible. Right now I am building a generator with plates, they seem to produce more gas as well as they are easier to fit under the hood.
It would seem the closer the better, w/a neutral plate between every other one creates gas on both sides of plate and it reduces thermal buildup as well. Have you tried your local recycle yard aka junkyard thats where i got all my s.s. and only paid by weight.
Your technique is improving with each evolution of your device.
One problem I always had when I used the tube type devices was heat. Only way I could figure out how to get the darn things to stay cool, was to make 4 of them and hook them up in series so each one only got about 3v of the 12v total. Then I used BIG 4 gauge wire so they could pull about 60 amps all together. With that setup, she ran cool and made gas like a volcano.
But the series cells I use these days are simpler I think.
1. You are a smart dude but you have to stop calling it a Joe cell. Joe cells do not create HHO or Hydrogen. They accumulate Orgone. It's like calling an air conditioner a heating coil. They are 2 different animals. Stanley Meyers didn't call his cylinders a joe cell for a reason.
2. When you read about Stanley Meyers you notice that he generated a radio frequency to weaken the covalent bond between the H2O molecules. Figure that part out and you are gold. It's called resonant frequency.
O.K. Its just that I watched multiple videos and they were calling them "joe cell" I am not saying thats right, its just all I have heard them called.
I have made more than one very traditional "Joe Cell" and contrary to what "f'ingnewguy" indicates, the gas that was produced was indeed the same combustible HHO, hydroxy, OxyHydrogen, Brown's Gas, that we all know and love.
As a fuel booster in a car, a Joe Cell works same as yours. References to Orgone have mystical connotations related to drawing energy from the ether.
Most would call what you are makeing a "tube cell" as opposed to a "flat plate cell".
The main difference between a Joe cell and a HHO generator is that when you ignite the bubbles comming off of a stage 3 Joe cell they IMPLODE!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not the same Mr. Scarecrow.
The power stroke in the engine when using a Joe cell is on the UPSTROKE!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not the same.
Now again I will repeat. If you want an efficient HHO generator you will need to create a resonant radio frequency that will help disassociate the covalent bonds of the water molecule. Git r done.
I am very familiar with the theory behind what you propose and have been working toward such a replication for about 5 years now. I have met with only modest successes with very temperamental devices that quickly fail. Basically, I am able to get a few semi-controlled "bang" out of if before it self destructs. So, if you know how to do it properly, please show me. I have no hangups about being first on the block, I just want to see it done.

These types of generators are to be used in addition to fuel. It could be called a "hybrid".

Not a bad idea, I am guessing you might have might have some drawings or some rough schematics you are willing to share?

That's crazy... I was just thinking the same thing after looking at some information on fuel cells.
I wonder how it would behave it it was just put in a tube shape, one inside the other neg inside, pos outside?
I saw another setup with a tube and solid rod and it had great production.
Were you thinking alternating like the spiral wire concept or something different?

I went to hardware store but they didn't have any stainless mesh. I think I'll find some and give it a try.
So you think the flat plates are key? I know spacing is critical.

oh, and the gas I make implodes, if I let it.
