i use this pedal without alimentation (with a 9V battery) and i noticed that after a while that i play with the pedal engaged it starts to repeat a mix of bad and dirty sounds, until the repeat becomes equal to 0.. is the pedal broken? or should i try with the alimentation? thanks
Generally analog delays are warmer and more "true sounding" -- digital delays have more delay time and are more accurate though. In my humble opinion analogs are better, but in matter of pedals the argumentation is always very subjective..
hey Andy, all your videos are great and very helpfull to me. Its awesome to me when the reviews takes the time needed, and when the switches are managed in many many possitions, so we can make ourselves an idea of the pedal versatility. Thanks!.
Now, a question: the "Carl Martin Classic Chorus", is an analog, or digital pedal (emulating an analog, like this one)???. Can't find this info in CM's web...
Hey Andy of all the delay(digital and analog) pedals you have tried, which one in your opinion is the best overall? better yet mabye the top three delays you have used?
I always say, its up to you and your fingers to find what works best for you. If you need clean sparkling delay, we've demoed some great Digital delays. If you want trippy old school sounds, look at the Analog delay comparison video we made. Good luck,
sounds great £69 too

too bad you can't tap tempo... And also: what if I need to set the echo to a specific bpm?
The sound seems to be great however...
