NaruSaku will happen. Because Kushina said before she died during the 9 tail fox invasion. "Find a woman like your mother." And as a viewer there is only one character that acts like Kushina minus the red hair and "dattebane" its -- Sakura. Tough, Disciplined, and also kind. Its true Hinata will never have a bond so close to Naruto as Sakura has. And Naruto loved Sakura from the start and knowing Naruto, determined, he'll never give up Sakura. Just my opinion.

It usually depends how much you want to spend on it, some stories prices varies their prices, unless you get it from the actually website of the software yourself. To be honest I never bought my Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 got for free by using tutorials here on YT, of course my program is a bit older since Sony Vegas Home Studio, Platinum, and Pro 11.0 are new

a lot of videos take time to edit, sometimes it's hard when you hit editors block, and sometimes when you listen to the song again you want to make changes to the video, especially a good video takes time to create
