Sadly not, the season 4 bluray only contains an extra clip of The Others theme (not Ben's theme), which is probably one of the least interesting of Giacchino's brilliant pieces, plus a couple of the readings by Terry O'Quinn.

The full concert doesn't seem to be available anywhere, which is a real shame.
