Some day. For right now Smutyanka can barely make it on a 5mi roundtrip visit to the shop, much less a road trip. But yes, someday we'll get up there.
I'm actually pretty decent on the bike, but Marc could really use some instruction. He has never ridden a motorcycle before, and has never driven a manual vehicle before. I've never driven anything *but* a standard, and I have around 10k miles of motorcycle experience.
It isn't hard at all. Are you ever planning on a trip NORTH??? You are missing out on a great ride tomorrow! I know your rig isn't totally up to snuff yet but if/when you have a few days to spend up here I'd be happy to take care of the basics for you AND we could do some educational riding.
