Cryogenically freezing yourself wouldn't work because your body temperature would drop dramatically below the freezing point so yeah you would die anyway. And he died of Lung Cancer. its not possible to be brought back to life if your frozen...

the blood in your veins and archeris is replaced bye something (im not sure what it is i have forgoten) which causes your veains/archeries to expand and burst...so even if you are frozen you cannot be brought back to life without your veins or archeries!

However, apparentley there is a chemical that will instantley freeze you, which stops your veins and archeries haveing the time to expand...
