This lady will always be in a class of her own-gone to soon- never will be forgotten. It is my hope that someone will bring this type of artistry back so that our children can understand what sangin from your soul is all about. I agree with you 100% she is in a class of her own, to me shes the greatest ever female singer taken from us tragically so young. Its scandalous that many so called singers, over the years, have gained far more publicity and success than her.
I LOVE LINDA JONES. I remember being a young girl and she had already passed by the time I got hip to her. We had a radio show called Blue Monday and they would play her songs. I use to stay up way past bed time so I could catch her songs and record them on cassette. I sure wished I could have had the opportunity to see her live. AWESOME TALENT! She sang from her toes to her soul.
