I was just found out that kelp is really good for the thyriods because it contains the natural mineral iodine, which the thyriod is basically made out of, I read that taking kelp along with dry brushing is really good for cleansing the lymphatic system as well as rebounding! I read that kelp also contains the mineral gold in it!
