Left hand: It's easier to put the 2nd finger on the 2nd string and play only the 3rd and 4th string barre with the first finger. That's how flamenco players are used to play this kind of barre. That should work as a work around - if you can bend the finger like Naudo .. oh man you are happy.
You are an excellent teacher. Also remember to pay close attention to Naudo's right hand position. He moves positions frequently from closer to the neck to closer to the bridge to get the desired attack for the part he's playing at any given time in the song. This adds to his very dynamic sound and style.
