So i was there on this eventful night and what you don't see in the video is she leaned into the candle and her whole side of her hair went up in flames! It was crazy to see. It was a ball of fire on her head. Luckily her friend was able to put it out right away. Scary moment at the time but something we can laugh about now. No more birthday candle for you Julie :) haha
