I think for clarifications sake what ended up happening is the game had a lot of set-backs. The biggest is that my time with Flash ended when I graduated high school and I haven't had flash since, so the game was essentially cancelled or put on indefinite hold.

Yeah, dont hold your breath.... you just might die. The makers of this series is a joke. Yeah, they make good games but the first was the best and the second was just too clunky and incomplete. With the 2nd one they kept saying there were problems and that it would be longer till it came out. They just dont like actually sitting down and making the dang things. They always come up with hundreds of excuses to delay the release of each game.

last i heard it was supposed to be out june 2009, but then the creator said he lost his flash drive -_- and that if he did get around to remaking the thing it would be no earlier than 2010... in any case it's not out yet, that's for certain, and it's a shame.

you only get the uber by conquering most of the galaxy for a faction. ubers are completely invincible, you can take down a dyson sphere in a minute, and killing borg cubes is like stepping on ants.

Darkwing pushed the deadline to about January 2010, unless he changed it back. Probably because he lost all the BM3 files he had. But now he'll have a chance to make it even better, or completely different. Looking forward to playing it! =D

It sucks, i played it. U can't be romulan, borg, or dominion. races are hiden and u can only use limited races. u also can't use new weapons and technology. and the neg'var is too powerful. the romulan deridex looks like something out of UFO hunters.

The races are already developed, Darkwing is just getting the kinks and bugs out of them, and that is the same for the weapons and technology.

1. He's only released the alpha so that we can all get a general feel for the game. If you have a problem with alpha updates, I suggest that you wait until the game is finished before complaining.

2. I'm sorry that you feel that way about the style of BM3. Some people have different tastes than others.

3. Vex, has been a wonderful developer, and is the father of the game series, but he has a bad reputation of not finishing projects.
