@NOREMAC770 The pipe and k&n must have added 3-4hp...And yes you have to re jet it because of the increase in airflow (k&) and increase of hp caused by the pipe and also air filter...Re jecting without using this 2 components is pointless,because you wont gain much performance because of having a reduced airflow and a stock pipe that doesnt lets the bike gain hp,and also i recomend a cdi,so the engine cuts out a 1000rpm after,with this components.

@NOREMAC770 I never runned it withou being re jetected,I bought it used and it was already re jected,they say that is also adds hp,if you have more airflow and want to force the engine to have more hp because of the pipe,you need more fuel,thats why you need to re jected...The quad is well tuned in the engine,but once in a while specialy if the engine is not really warm,if I acelerate really quickly It can bogg,but is very uncomen,remeber its a carburator,not direct fuel injected like the 450's

Hello everboy...What I can say about the quad nowdays is that it has more stuff on it.It has a swingarm.ohlins full suspension now,houser+3 long travel.About the sterring stem it is +2 and the fixings where made by cnc,it might be a bit high tough, but i manage it well with since I'm tall also anyways.Any more questions feel free to ask guys.I will maybe post a more recent video.

I have an 04! What front shocks are you running? Just curious, i fabbed my +1 front A-arms from 1" DOM tubing, and am currently running 10" walker evans nitrogen shocks, a lil over kill for just a quad, but work nicely. I also made a rear swingarm from 1.5" DOM, running a 6" walker evan nitrogen, alot cheaper than houser! I think for all my materials it was about $200 to build, the shocks were almost 3k new, but they were sorta free cuz i retired them from my long travel buggy. nice quad!

@EvanRules87 same quad .....exactly the same quad just one says kawisaki the other says suzuki.....suzuki made the motor and frame for this and the z400 and the artic cat dvx400 just artic cat decided they wanted to look diffrent ......i dont blame them i love the z400 look but thats suzukis look kawi should have went with a diffrent look atleast

kfx is identical to the suzukis of the same year.. i had a 05 kfx , said suzuki right on the frame. Both bikes are identical right down to the plastics, same with the dvx's but they have way different plastics and stuff, but mechanically the same.
