I have a question, I'm new to the game and don't know much about it. But for some reason I cannot drink Health potions..? It says to press 'A', and I do. Nothing happens! Please help someone?

This game is cool but it has a very irritating flaw.I used basically all my healing potions to get to the last boss.I have only 10 and its not enough.The point is:you cant go back to the town to buy some potions.

Hi, I just want to ask why aren't you equipped with the Gold Armour set? Didn't you find it? The pieces are in a room that you need to enter by passing through a secret passage (the once with writing on it) on the south western area of the Black Forge (the previous Floor). But it's kinda blocked off, you need to find the ghost of a warrior (again in a secret room this time near the door that leads to the spiral staircase) who will then cast a spell so you can enter that sealed room.

You can't expect a game on the Gameboy Advance (this one) to be as good as a game on the PS2. Dark Alliance was released for PS2 and Xbox, and a re-adapted version of it was created for the Gameboy Advance, and that is the one you see here.

Yes, it's called Diablo2. It will run on any computer. I think you will find everything you need in that game, and at a psuh (depending on your laptop power) a similar game is called loki. They're both as cheap as hell. Oh yeah, and another is called clash of the titans.

Yeah I'll vouch for cendris123 too. I used to own the PS2 version and it was awesome. If you have a PS2, I also recommend Bard's Tale as well.

Whatever you do, don't play the Xbox version on the 360. When there's enemies on the screen the game slows WAY down, and on several occasions the game crashed for me in the sewers when I fought the Bugbears.

I've just beaten the GameCube version of this game earlier today, AR, and it is pretty amazing what differences the console versions and the GBA version have. Of course, the GBA version doesn't have the select-your-response style of character interaction nor any puzzles that normally would require the jump button, but that's besides the point. It's still a fun game, nonetheless.

I really think they messed up the series with Dark Alliance by making it linear and simple without turn-based combat or teams with control over all the team mates. Friendly fire was also taken out which was a major part of the game's freedom.

well the first was for PC. it was a 6 disc monster of game and I never got anywhere in it lol. It follows D&D rules more strictly than the console versions.
