If there really was a nuke mod for LOMAC/FC, you'd need a supercomputer to use it, the amount of damaged and graphics for the bomb would lower the frame rate to 1 frame a month maybe, and its not an Aces Production, so 17589 didn't make this, stop asking. The video was awesome

People have indeed tried to build a nuke mod, but I don't think anyone has developed a working one. All I've ever seen is basically the explosion graphics supersized and that was just a glitch in the beta version. Maybe this is an exaggeration on how powerful the blast would be, but still, the carnage left over in this video must have taken a LOT of bombing.

And yes, it is NOT an Aces Production. Says so right in the description. No one has bugged me about it as of lately though, which is good.

It is possible, and is doable. I'd do it. Hit the fire button then yank the eject handle to bail out if I knew I was screwed anyways.

Of course, my guess is it wouldn't have happened so quickly like it did here.

It is difficult to make "a crater or something" when nuclear weapons are not represented in the game. The flash must've been pure movie magic, and the carnage was the aftermath of a conventional airbase assault the likes of which I've never seen. BTW, the flash effect was better implementation of nuclear weapons than in Falcon 4.0: Red Viper.

wrong, nukes don't get set off by an explosion, because the radioactive substance doesn't get the chance to be activated and therefore doesn't explode, perhaps someone else can explain exactly how a nuclear device is set off, i think it has something to do with flooding the nucleus with neutrons but i could be wrong

You need to set the targets from a good distance or they won't work. Bombers won't attack anything like the smaller, fighters do.

Nope! The Tu-160 design was based on russian passenger liner Tu-144. Just make query in Goggle "Tu 144 160" or in Wikipedia : "Tu 144", "Tu 160". And you will find all history of the planes.

Tu-144: stable delta wing with additional forward small wings for low speed

Tu160 doesnt have this "mechanical nose" also, as tu-144 and concord have.

and the engines alignments are also different.

Of course they are from the same developer and have many things like materials in common, but dont think they are really based on each other.. (you shouldnt also believe everything you read online, or you'll read about F-15 lading without wings or even things better ^^)

I just know we history of creating Tu-160. It was mostly based on Tu-144 passenger liner design experience. The changeable angle wing was taken from Tu-22 "Backfire". Of course, many things was changed during design of Tu-160. Especialy engines.

I wish... but this was a one time thing to my knowlage, and I think the nuke may have been edited into it. I really don't know though, since the Kh-65 missiles are nuclear warheads.
