  • I do have not gotten to #8 that often. If I have the knee on the mat I am raking out the knee wih a strait arm tring to get an angle.

  • Agree 100%. Not as sexy as a peekout or other things too often taught here. Getting weight on the hands. Keeping it there and comming through is the best way on the best.
