It is more likely you need to learn about the topic. Even on youtube you have excellent sources like the videos from "jungle friends primate sanctuary", a woman whos been running a monkey haven for 20+ years or a documentary about people who treat monkeys like people. Or any number of them explaining sexual maturity and their behaviour. 10generations is nothing for evolution. Lets me ask you then this, have you let the monkey keep all the teeth and claws ?

I'm familiar with that, what kind of monkey is it? As for his claws, he loves to have them filed(loves it!) and we will have his k-9 teeth removed at 1 year old. Our monkey will not be very big and we are aware of any danger and we have done our research and we love our pet and he definitely loves his home and us!

If you think he is gonna "turn" on us, please hold your breath while you wait!

It is a very painful (despite the painkillers) and invasive procedure to remove the fangs. Takes time to heal, can leave emotional scars as with all animals or as it could with a young human baby. Why would you do it, if you know that this little creature is of no danger to you ? Dogs have WAY bigger fangs, It is really nasty to do that to the little monkey, taking out his teeth, when there is no reason for it.
