The same frame used for KX 500 AF and all is necessary to ride on asphalt tracks.

I think KX 500 exhaust valved engine should be good for this use.....even better if you put on her (yes "her" because KX is like a beautiful girl ! ) a specific muffler as FMF SST Pipe !!!

If available for KX 500.....

Hi, Yes the KX500 engine have exhaust valves and engine wise it's a harder hitting engine than the CR.The best of two worlds, the KX500 engine in a modern chassi is just great. Hope you will fulfill your dream and get one of your own.

@dogg502 Not really since the crank has been trued and balanced. Still, it is a 500 cc 2t engine which requires some respect... If you woory abot vibrations you should let someone rebuild the crank by drilling holes at specific places and fill them with led. This will make a lot for the vibrations.

I have read in technical data that KX engine has more sensibly more compression too....comparing with CR one. In few words: it has been more developed.

My real dream would be to ride a sport 500 V4 2stroke racing bike....as the ones that race in world championship till 2001. But this is impossible....unfortunately...­.

Please...do you confirm me that Kawa KX 500 AF (but last KX 500 engines generally..) has kips exhaust valve ?

And thanks to this...KX 500 engine has more power than CR 500 engine ?

And more high rpms ? .....I know that Honda CR 500, once reached 6.000 rpm, stops brutally to push.

As soon as i will be able i would like to buy an AF Service Honda creature......and the power of engines is a very important feature.... ^__°

@condor143 yeah i did a little looking around but where would you get parts for these bikes because i tend to ride the piss out of a 2 stroke and got through like 2 or 3 topends a season most i went thrugh were 6 but i wasent running enough oil i found out
