Some of these 100lbs sand-niggers have balls of steals, especially when making these threatening calls from thousands of miles away. Most of them would run like a little bitch if they had to do this shit in person!
fuck em up i wish we had TV show i beat one every week man on man no gloves nothing i wanna fell there skin rip from my fist nothing like cracking some one ion the face with your bare hands
This guy is not from a collection agency, officer, or anything he claims to be. HE IS FAKE. He calls several people harassing changing his name and who he represents everytime he calls. do not give in to him. he is scamming for money.
This is why I love Youtube. Someone makes an informative video like that to show everyone what is really going on with a lot of these collection agencies!
@AirLockBelsen If they're not actually going to try and take you to court then it is a threat. Plus they can't put you in prison for a debt, debtor prisons were abolished years ago. Both of these (iirc, ianal) are violations of debt collector laws and can end up with *them* in court
@AirLockBelsen only a chance to resolve if it is a real debt collector. This guy is not a real collector or officer. This is the same guy who has been harassing me. He will not give any information about the company or the debt and is very verbal. Cusses, threatens to kill, do bodily harm, etc...do not give in to assholes like this. They are only no good piece of shit predators who will eventually get caught.
The collection agent needs to disclose who he is, who he works for, who he represents, and what the debt is. As soon as you tell him that the debt is disputed like this gentleman did, the collection agent must go back to the collector and inform him of this, and provide you any proof with respect to your responsibility of that certain debt. Always record all conversations with debt collectors, if they misrepresent themselves, lie, harass you or threaten you, sue them .
Several violations in this video, the most obvious is that the collection agent is attempting to impersonate a police officer, which if you trace the call and have it recorded like this gentleman did you can call your local police department and in turn they will contact the police department where the collector resides and have him arrested. Stating that you are going to go to prison is a misrepresentation, as well as the whole thing regarding garnishing wages, also...
I had this exact thing happen to me today. The guy was Indian and he behaved just like the guy you spoke with. When I requested information on the company and date of this supposed loan, he said I would find out when they file the law suit and I get arrested tomorrow and 11am. He wanted $555.00...definitely a scam.
I live in Quebec, Canada and I too know someone who has paid off a debt and repeatedly recieves calls that deam themselves 'very important' then make you wait to talk to a representative who harrasses them that the company did not recieve the payment. So what's the relevance? Who's behind this? What's on the agenda of these people? Why are there so many 'mistakes' on debts being paid? This video is an example, not the problem.
lmao love it!!! I get the same calls same music from phone # 202-629-9693 saying i owe for a payday loan his name is officer "david brown" "victor brown" etc look up 1800notes you will see many more #'s they use for this scam
One way to handle this is to file a COMMON LAW LIEN against the property of those responsible. The problem usually is finding out WHO did this to you as Mr. Hann says. They hide behind secrecy. Secrecy is the friend of tyranny.
Most online PDLs cannot be enforced, in fact in most states it is illegal to take someone to court for online PDLs. It is considered a debt and not a criminal matter. It is also illegal for them to threaten to have you arrested, or to take court action against you.
I think they were just fishing around. If you bit, then they would be able to reel you in and make a quick buck. These people are playing the numbers game. If they can get one out of maybe fifty suckered in, it's worth their effort and they make money. They got your name and ss number. That alone is cause for concern. Great job not giving in to them. thnx for sharing this video.

Taking you to court is not a threat its a chance to resolve the situation on which there is disagreement.

Get Chris hansen on the line to side with you....I can just picture it now.
Chris-How are you?
Collector-good, how are you?
Chris-I'm fine, why don't you take a seat over there.
Collector-I'm already seated.
Chris-......what are you doing here?
