Michelle is so beautiful on the ice..... Clay co-produced this song on his A THOUSAND DIFFERENT WAYS album, but failed to take credit for it, as he often does. How many other recordings of his did he co-write or produce & give all the credit to the pros???

THE GREATEST SKATER IS NOT THE SKATER THAT WINS THE OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL. I am not trying to downgrade those who wins an Olympic Gold; however, I don't think a Gold Medal can judge is a skater has been the greatest skater ever. For example, Zhen and Zhao retired this year, and they did not earn a Olympic Gold, so did Janet, Irina, etc. This is all due to the fact that skating is so OBJECTIVE and POLITICAL!!!!!!

futurechampion2, I believe the girl in this song is Erin Taylor, one of Clay's friends. These are the two of my idols, Clay Aiken, the man with the golden voice and Michelle Kwan, the best skater in the world. Love the song and the montage...they blend so well. Excellent!!! Job well done!!!

I think Erin Taylor was the writer of the poem incorporated into the song & she is the speaking voice on the track. The female session singer is someone else.

It was a session singer who came in to practice the part of the song on the demo. Clay was so pleased that he kept her for the recording.

Yes, Clay will be the exclusive singer for a christmas special that will be Live in Los Vegas he will be singing 8 songs and this will be taped and it will air on Christmas Day. Don't know who the skaters will be yet.
