What's the purpose of a deluge?

@abzvinny318 It has a larger deck gun than the other engine co's. Thats pretty much the difference.

Do they respond to any incident an engine would, or just large-scale fires that requires the more powerful deck gun?
@abzvinny318 They run just like a regular engine would but are sometimes requested on extra alarms for the deck gun.
