i met Freddie at Bodega (warehouse) Folk House before he sang Anak at Metro Pop Song Festival, and he sang this song that night and he even said "It's illegal for me to sing this song, but, i will sing it anyway, and he did, the first time i ever heard it, i said to myself, WOW . . this is going to be a hit. I said it because at that time i was a drug addict, i was 22, and i can really feel every word of it.
