How to Install Homebrew Channel, DVDX, and BootMii on Wii Menu 4.2

i know it good that i have one f the 1stconsoles made cause it ensures i can insall bootmii to boot 2 and not as an ios, but then again i see tutoial that say to install it as an ios, even if you can install it to boot, but i always thouht that boot 2 was better and provided more recovery options,, and what about that save me device ,anyone use it? and wha can it save you from? is it the same as the options you would get from installing bootmii on boot2 ?or better even?

and i am on a low system menu and can choosewhatever menu i ant ,so what is the best menu to be on ,the one with the most features ,but that dont require a game?should i mod y wii on 4.2? and which is the easiest and safest menu to mod and has the most features? what would you do with a virgin console from the first production run thas still on an onld menu?

you need to have a game for 4.3 like leg indianna jones ,or lego batman ,or lego something ele, there are a few, or super smash brother brawl ,and i think one other game digiman or yu gi oh or something ,i forget ,then look for the hack tutorial for your game ,ike for lego batmanits called batthax etc

downgrading is retarded, it's a great way to break your wii.

dvdx works on newer system menus, but some of the very newest wiis have incompatible disc drives. there is nothing that can be done to get dvds to play on those wiis. forthermore, if you have a wii that new, there is a good chance that the old 3.2 software wont run on it and you end up with a white doorstop.

ive tried to install dvdx on my wii, I bought my wii when they first came out. It is updated to 4.2 though. dvdx will not install for me, I get a 2011 dvd stub error. When I try to play dvd games in my drive I just get a black screen. It does have homebrew and cios. Everything but dvdx... If you do know how to run dvdx on here let me know, thanks!

@BankruptMonopoly dvdx will not help you play burned games, it only makes it so that you can read dvds for movies or for file storage.

the old dvdx installers dont work on the new wii system menus, you need to use the new installer as in this video.

They had to change the DVDX channel ID to make it work on 4.2. No apps that use DVDX, like the one you are using, work right now.

Make sure you are using system menu 4.2. If you use anything else, it won't work.

Try downloading another version of bannerbomb. There are different versions for different Wiis. Google bannerbomb and download one of the alternative ones for 4.2. Then follow the instructions on how to do it. They are pretty easy.
