Wrong, the Silencer will eliminate muzzle flash for the most part. It is a marginal difference but can be useful.

@DantheAuthor Well, the .45 has the edge in range because of the higher power. It takes more shots to kill at range with a M9 than with a USP .45. And this (IMHO) would be even more apparant at close range because of the overall higher power of the .45.

@BLITZ0017 It depends entirely based on whether you need a silencer or not. The range difference between the two are not huge but only the USP works properly with a silencer. This is the combinations I use:

m9 w/ akimbo + ext. mags or m9 w/ ext. mags

usp w/ akimbo + silencer or usp w/ silencer

If you don't want to use a silencer, I recommend the m9.

Rafficas aren't as forgiving when you miss your mark as the M9 and shotguns are better with lightweight , perhaps the SPAS-12 is the only exception because the slow rate of fire forces to kill in one shot and stopping power helps in that , but the lightweight is also a solid pairing

@RadioActive236 Pistols have a much faster swap time than shotguns, machine pistols, and launchers. All pistols take .3 seconds to raise, where as most shotguns take 1 second, machine pistols generally take about 3/4 of a second and launchers take ~1.5 seconds. Next to the pistols, the Raffica and G18 have the fastest raise times but these are still twice as long as a pistol. The differences in time may not seem like much, but can make a big difference, especially with a slow swapping primary.
