I went to Knott's early in the month of October and went to all the mazes except The Stepfather (Is it really a maze? I heard it's horrible.) And Alien Annihilation was the worst.

i work at this maze last year. it was soo fun playing with the laser guns when it was a slow night. to bad i dont come out in the video. i wish i could work at Knotts this year but its so much work. you have to be there at 5pm and i would get home like at 3am just for 8 bucks an hour. it was experience.

most of the sets in there like the cavish looking walls are from knott's bear-y tales and kingdom of the dinosaurs.i have many cousins who work there and they do design and other things like ripping the figures of bear-y tales to halloween props.once in a while KOD'S figures are used too.

This was probably the least scary in my opinion, but it was a well decorated maze, the props fit well and the scarers definately fit the theme. I personally liked it even without the glasses or the gun, but I can understand why someone wouldn't.

I have been to Knotts and Universal. I have to say as a horror movie fan Universal is way better the people are wearing film accurate costumes the mazes make you feel like your in Camp Crystal Lake or 1428 Elm its just an awesome experiance. More scary the lines aren't to bad either.

After I've been to Universal, Six Flags, Queen Mary, Disneyland, Spooky House, Seaside Haunt, Fearplex, plus the three Halloween horror film festivals this month and all the amateur yard haunts. I would love to go back to Knott's but there just isn't time. They need to make Halloween two months long instead of just one.

sweet. i work this maze. i agree with everyone.. 3D + lazertag = a set up for a possible disaster in terms of scare factor.. as compared to the rest of scary farm. but heck, we do our best to make it work. i mean.. we're all put in this maze and its not our choice. so ya. spare us some love!

A good setting is important for a great haunt, but the cast may be even more important. You can see a few places in this video where the aliens get right in the face of the customers instead of just letting them walk past. Stuff like that compensates for any weaknesses in the 3D lasertag setting.
