The clutch in a carrera GT is REALY REALY REALY HARD to get right, you either burn it out in one full bore no guts no glory run which will look and sound impressive! But you get a tow truck home or you feather it off the line then ease it in when you are rolling and wont loose traction or mess the clutch every time, you get to drive home at the end of the day! YAY! Its also probably still doing 4/5 secs to 60mph with a poor launch i bet so people in your fiesta's no you dont have a chance still!

The Carrera GT is launched slowly every time because I understand the stresses inflicted on a drivetrain from a full bore launch . V max is just a bit of fun , a Carrera GT is about the corners not straight line launching ( I usually take them after the first corner anyway , Noble just too fast in a straight line ... )
