  • dude what is your bus interface??? if that card is compatible with 2.1 you shouldnt bought that because it will be too risky and you must buy a 2.0 bus interface graphics gt 440 because its compatible with 1.1 and 1.0 x16slot the 2.1 bus interface is a new generation slot maybe anybody can be lucky if its copatible with motherboard sorry for my bad englishh

  • dude you should go back and exchange it with a compatible vga card or i think u need to replace your old psu because that card needs 300-400w??

  • @MrSplashification I already returned the card. And my PSU is a 400 watt Silverstone PSU.

  • I have windows XP, and my manufacturing date is March of 2005. What would you say would be the best video card for me to invest in for 100$ and below?

  • @LinkinPark2135 Well there are plenty of cards to choose from, but you need to tell me what slot your motherboard has that you want to use for your video card before I go recommending you cards.

  • @stonercrazyclips222 To answer your question about my slot connection, its just like this one: /watch?v=o1QJaHtwO2c&feature=fvwrel except mine has only 2 white connection slots instead of 3 like the video. Mine had a card already connected to the black slot at the top, but it had no insignia or anything so Im assuming thats the graphics card. I also took a picture of my systems inside layout if that would help too. Thanks so much for the help

  • @LinkinPark2135 Alrighty dude. It's no problem. I will take a look at the video and if you want to you can show me the pictures too if you want. Just PM me the link to the photos as they will be a big help, as you don't want a graphics card that could cover a slot on your motherboard, or get the wrong type of card for the slot, etc.

I will PM you back the details like later tonight or tomorrow. :D

  • @stonercrazyclips222 was just curious if you ever got my PM I sent you with the links to the pics? I sent it to you 2 days ago

  • @LinkinPark2135 I checked and YouTube never sent me that PM :( I have been checking on it though. If you want just try and resend it again. I am actually busy this weekend but you can still send it to me and I will check it and give you some info Monday if that is ok? Yeah man I never got that PM I was wondering when it was going to come :P

  • @stonercrazyclips222 Do you have a skype? Youtube keeps telling me it sent but its obviously not haha ruben.teran2176 is my skype maybey I can send you the pics that way thanks bro

  • @LinkinPark2135 Yeah I can add you on Skype but I am currently leaving for the weekend but I will add you on Skype before I leave. Yeah you can just transfer the pics on there. Its no problem man I like helping people out =)

  • I got the nvidia geforce 440 to replace my 8400 gs and every game i played would run at 60 -40 fps.

  • @nxt2345 Nice! :D

  • Same as mine but mine is GDDR5

  • I got a GeForce 8400GS 512 MB

  • @RebornHipHopIc0n That is actually what I am currently using I had to return this card. It was a great card but it wasn't compatible with the PC I was putting it in. =(

  • @stonercrazyclips222 when you say not compatable would do u mean? what didnt it work with ? because im getting this card soon and just need to know before i buy.

  • @ITzProSkillz If your computer is older say from 2005 or 2006 it most likely wont work, because the motherboard wont support it, as that would mainly be the problem with why it wouldnt work. There are many factors that could play in this as well. Just buy the same GT440 but without the one that says Fermi.

If you want more technical details just Google it, as I don't have time to explain it all.

  • @RebornHipHopIc0n i used to have that card, THEN I TOOK AN ARROW TO THE KNEE!

    hahahahahahhahha

  • @hypersteven101 i did that for lulz

  • Hello there, long time we have no see, didn't had much time lately. How are you doing? How's the GT440 performing? Do you need some demanding games or benchmarks to test it out ? Planning on buying anything for pc?

  • @ShadoVRaven1337 Hey! I just got the GT 440 installed last night so I haven't got to play any games. I ran into a problem with it I believe it is because it is a Fermi card, since it the PC would not boot like past the screen where it shows the computer manufacturer before you hit like F1 for setup going into BIOS. It just will not POST =( So I may have to exchange it for a different card, even though I really wanted this one =(

  • @stonercrazyclips222 That's bad, can you post your motherboard name? I'll check if your motherboard supports it. There's also possibility that card is damaged and that's why it doesn't go past POST. Another possibility may be the PSU but from what you've told me your PSU's solid so this is least possible reason.

  • @ShadoVRaven1337 I will PM you the link to the motherboard. I hope the card isnt damaged but if it is I guess I will have to send it back =(

PSU should be solid enough to handle that card I would assume so I would guess its not that. But yeah I will PM you the link to the motherboard and see if you might know what is wrong.
