tekken 6 is playable with JPCSP, but in game fps is to low 10 max, because they must work for good emulator

Does this really work on PC? I wont risk downloading and seeing it for myself because I have a limited download plan. I have heard its not possible to run Tekken 6 on PC even if u get an emulator because of its excessively high system requirements!
