No, this was in Louisville ,KY at The Street Rod Nationals. There was a long line to get Chip's autograph.
That's my Cousin getting an autograph. Chip even drew a 37 Ford for my Cousin who brought a 37 to the show.
I got Chip's autograph to & it's on display on my wall. He is super nice!

We stood in line for three hours at this show to get chips autograph . I have a vid I am going to upload of him drawing a 37 ford coupe on a 80 dollar Foose shirt my dad bought at the show
