Developing a low-carbon economy involve more than climate change mitigation, but also energy security (less dependance to the Saudi), creation of jobs, sustainable land management, intelligent growth opportunities for developing countries, reasonnable price for your mobile transportation fuel and so on... Get yourself one of these Yellow-for-Dummie book.
