  • One word comes to mind when I viewed the 60 Minutes segment on Mt.Athos...OBEDIENCE

  • You have some interesting videos.

Why would you ask for mercy to the son of god? and why not to god directly?

I don't subscribe to any religion but I have subscribed to your channel.

  • Hare Kṛṣṇa Brother Nathaniel Prabhu, this is a nice video. Thank you for taking the time to allow a glimpse into the life of Christian Monks. The prayer mentioned and uttered is powerful, and beautiful.

  • Just like mt Athos

  • Hello, I have a question. Whats the big difference between Orthodox Christianity and Catholicism?

  • also i was wondering if we could message back and forth because i need some guidence

  • brother nathanel, you are the first monk i have ever seen on youtube, im deffinitely subscribing! I need your prayers, my spiritual father retired and moved to the St. Anthonys monastery in Arizona. I live in pennsylvania I feel as though God is testing me to see if I can now float in this burdening world without the lifevest of my loving spiritual father. I am also a first year in college so its an even bigger struggle to keep aware of my spiritual life

  • Bless me Father,

Do you know of any prayers that you have found to be particularly useful in asking the Lord for discernment as to whether this is a calling one should accept? I have been praying (in reality fighting) about the prospect of entering the monastic life for around two years now.

    In Christ,

    Steve

  • TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ORTHODOX CHRISTIANITY - READ THE BOOK "THE MOUNTAIN OF SILENCE" BY KYRIACOS MARKIDES - A BOOK THAT REVEALS THE DEPTH AND LIGHT OF ORTHODOXY.

  • A great channel for those who want to learn more about the Christian Orthodox Church: davidpwithun

David Withun is an american soldier that converted to Orthodoxy. I`m sure that he can help you! :)

  • @zionget 2:04 Is that Iustin Parvu(in the center of the image)?

  • can you become a monk in your church, without having a college degree?

  • @tuffguytofiles

    Yes. +bn

  • Is orthodoxism better protection against Islam than catholicism? ..because I don't see any kind of resistance here from Church, it seems that christians enjoy to live like slaves (or 'dhimmis' as they call us)

  • @sweetjo717

The Orthodox Faith is the true faith of the aposles, if you become Orthodox there is no way to surrender to a false faith as islam =)

  • I would also like in an Orthodox church. But here in Germany there are so few. What can I do?

  • @Stierkrampf : where do you live? send me an email and I will try and find a church close to you..

  • I love this so much :)

  • Christ is in our midst!

  • Fascinating!!!

  • @66vivo

The problem is with your low speed computer, 1080p works just fine on my computer which is a up to date 'high speed' computer. This is the only way I can even begin to produce these kinds of 'state of the art' videos. +BN

  • Question, ¿Isn't the use of icons a form of paganism for christians?

  • @SotoPanxo

NO way! There were MANY images in the Old Testament Temple BUT they were not to be worshiped, The Orthodox Church does not "worship" icons. +bn

  • Humility is acquired after struggles. When you know yourself you acquire humility, which become a (permanent) condition. Otherwise one can become humble for a moment, but your thought will say to you that you are something although in reality you're nothing. If death finds you with the thought that you are nothing, then God will speak to you. If however your thought says at the hour of death that you are something and you don't understand it, then all your effort goes to waste.

    - Elder Paisios

  • Welcome to the brotherhood! You are a great contribution, a man of great intelligence and honor! :)

  • @AegeanKing 3/10 AegeanTroll

  • You should watch this documentary if you really want to know what the original orthodox monks do...the father of monastism , Saint anthony monastery orthodox Coptic (egyptian) monks...a beautiful documentary...featuring a previouse Australian Atheist who is know a monk sharing his experiences as well...Peace to all Christians.

  • How many hours of sleep do you generally get?

  • Brother Nathaniel: I have a deep respect for Christian Orthodoxy; I'm currently

reading about the meaning of icons.

  • @edgardusXII I will pray for you, may our Lord help you and guide you to His Church. I am a convert to the true Christian Church myself. Lord Jesus, Son of God, have mercy on us - sinners!

  • Very beautiful video.. thank you for this inspiration.. I am thinking of taking up the monastic Vaishnava life soon

  • OM, why can i not add this "UnoRaza" as a friend, is he alex jones who i have blocked? I think yes, I am so sorry brothers that i have made some small conversation with him over this channel, he seemed so understanding, but all his videos are alex jones and i can not find a real channel for him, is gnosticradio even a good thing to look for i now wonder?

  • @aghoranathi "but all his videos are alex jones and i can not find a real channel for him"

This is FALSE as Alex Jones is a SHILL; google gnosticradio.

No one said it was a channel and I have ZERO Jones videos?!?

LIARS don't do well in gnosticism or orthodox for that matter...

  • So this is Orthodox Christian yeah? It seems similar to other monk stuff that some Buddhists do. Apart from the different deities they also attempt to bring their awareness toward their heart.

    Interesting stuff.

Is it mono pantheistic like some Indian philosophy or just monotheistic? ie. Is your Soul separate from the Lords or exactly the same as the Lords? (monopantheisim= roughly that everything is the Lord manifest.)

  • Iustin Parvu, the monk you show in the middle at 2:04 is one of the last surviving persecuted anticommunist monks in the Romanian Orthodox Chuch. Also Nicolae Steinhardt a converted Jew such as yourself was one of the most respected voices in the church.

Romania has about 19 million orthodox believers second only after Russia.

On my channel you will find a translation of father Proclu.

  • you left iraq you said im glad to see orthodox people im assyrian im orthodox to plz replay thank you

  • Seems kind of selfless...

  • at the end when you wear explaining the prayer i felt, that your face glowed

    like acandel

  • it would be great if you film aprayer, and when you prepare your food(what your eating how your coocking it

and paint, and can you disscus , the books you have

  • I should have been a monk instead of a mercenary, these guys got it fiugured out.

  • Where did you learn to be such a good speaker?

  • BN, why did you specifically choose the Orthodox denomination and not any others? not implying you made a bad choice obviously, a great one in fact. but why specifically the Orthodox church?

  • @michaelzwarszawy Because Ortodox only true way of Christianity read non Vatican history and you will know why.

  • @michaelzwarszawy

Growing up in Judaism I was accustomed to a liturgical style. Also, I was raised in learning the fine arts as my older sister was a librarian in the Arts Department.

Thus, both of these aspects combined, when I first walked into an Orthodox Church and struck by the liturgical beauty and the Icon Frescoes, I immediately said, "I"m Home!" +bn

  • @zionget very cool!

  • @michaelzwarszawy I've been studying this for several years and to me it appears the Eastern Orthodox is closer to true Christianity than all but the Gnostics.

Receiving gnosis from God, which is a POTENTIAL for us all, appears to have been occulted in western Christianity while remaining mainstream with the eastern; I'd not be surprised to learn this was part of the cause of the division.

  • @UnoRaza I don't know much but some friends told me that the Gnostics have the most awesome teachings from Christ about the practical healthy day to day methods by which one may live. Is there an accessible book about this?

  • @aghoranathi I've not yet found one, but gnosticradio has some awesome mp3's available.

The gnostics only believe in the words of Christ and meditate; it is critical to empty ur mind daily and "get into heart" via something u love.

The main difference is they believe prayer and meditation are not enough; "Believing in Christ" means DOING IT, regardless of what comes, and NEVER sacrificing your soul for this glorified dirt we wear called "BODY".

  • @UnoRaza Awesome bro, let us not divide our humanity by way of our religious difference, except for the Rothschild Zionist army, as i say fuck them, but also why does this brother synonymous Jews with Zionism? I know innocent Jews who are not related to the evil worship of beelza-poo. I will look up what you have taught me. As a white Vedantian I gave up to JC as a comet came in to earth at the exact moment that i did, a catholic girl said that it was just cause He knew i would like sparks, lol.

  • @Uno In my religion which is called JnanaBhairavaVedantaSanaDharm (Secret Knowledge one philosophy eternal way) we believe that ALL is the Absolute. I know that we are all the Christ or that we all have the Christ as the inner most sanctum of our being, that the Christ alone is eternal and accessible to whoever would turn away from the simple desires and toward the Lord. I was curious how the Orthodox and Gnostic compared but I will go now and research this radio that you have shared. Thnx. Reg.

  • @aghoranathi Your Advaita philosophy is more of undifferentiated monism.. Orthodox Christianity is closer to Vaishnavism.

  • @ShaktipatSeer2 Yes, you are exactly right, Shiva and mono-pantheism, the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta after Adi Shankara are not like the christian Vaishnavism, we believe that ALL is the Lord! Ramanuja and Vishnu worship purports that your soul is the same as the lord's soul, eternal but separate, where as a Shiva worship usually in my experience after Shankara implies oneness with the entire manifest and spiritual. We agree then?

  • @aghoranathi ie, in Vishnu worship your soul rests with the Lord but is not exactly the same as the Lord, hence i worship the idea that Shiva represents, that all is exactly the same divinity and that separation is an illusion. Now, are you sure that the orthodox Christians would be more like the Vaishnava and less like the Shankara?

  • @aghoranathi Yes, your right, yet our philosophy also doesn't believe in separation, it views the Lord as the same as the jivas in most respects but not every single respect.. it's a very subtle difference.. I'm quite certain the Orthodox Christians would be more like Vaishnavism and less like Shankara.. but I do have an Advaitin Catholic Monsigner on my facebook friends list :p...

  • @aghoranathi Vaishnavas believe All is Lord also, but that there is differentiation within Oneness that distinguishes the Whole from the parts... and yes from what I understand about Advaita that is the purport.

  • @ShaktipatSeer2 yeah, thanks bro but all i want to know is to what extent that this guy is a mono pantheist?

That can solve me as i look at stuff on this level of definition. :) Later blud, hope u r well.

  • @aghoranathi I don't think this guy is a pure monist, because he identifies Jesus Christ as a special Avatara in the same sense that Vaishnavas venerate Krishna, implying personality and differentiation within God.. but I can't speak for this... Swamiji...'s (lol) beliefs.. maybe send him a message?

  • @UnoRaza As you say, my goddess Chinnamasta tells that i may sacrifice my body as she did because my soul is spotless and eternal, haha, i will share her story with you one day, it seems scary to some but really it is only metaphor for stopping thought in duty that you may give more awareness to the Lord.

  • @michaelzwarszawy because we are not a denomination, we are the true one catholic and apostolic church of Christ , the continuance of the ancient church, that's why he chose the orthodox church, and the Holy spirit led him there.

  • @michaelzwarszawy bit.ly /mSSfHV (close the gap)

I hope this will help. If you need further help, guidance and info I'm here to support.

Greetings to brother Nathanael from a Greek Christian Orthodox brother.

  • Kyrie Eleison

  • Thank you for a wonderful video. On the one hand you display an almost Catharian zeal for monasticism and Greek Orthodoxy (your general approach and the frequent references to "The Rothschild's" and "World Zionism" which you pepper and blend into almost every argument are revealing). on the other hand you abstain from ever remarking on the embrace of ecumanicalism and that it abandoned missionarism as it became patria-centric and exclusive. Is that not a new form of yiddishkeit in a Xtian cloak?

  • wow brother, Dont think i could keep up with all that. Praise God for Jesus! phew! Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more.

  • Really ownderul video.

That Jesus Prayer reminds me of the quiet Quaker church services, in its emphasis on quiet introspection.

    I guess.

  • The Temple of God is not found at any geographical location or Holy Ground on Earth, but it is within Man, as documented in the gospels. You are the living Holy Ground, you are the Temple of God, so that you should keep yourself clean, upright, and with a strong foundation. This is a Temple that does not falter, for although Christ proclaimed that the temple will be torn down and rebuilt in Jerusalem, so was Christ himself brought down by the Jew only to be brought back up.

  • @D0KTOR7

That was just wonderful.... I couldn't have said it any better myself......

And I too believe in the same....

  • thanks for this vid and all these posts.

    very informative.

  • Yours seems a very rich & ideal way of fellowshipping w/ the eternal Christ, one which, unfortunately, a great many Americans know nothing about. In contrast, I think “alter calls” mixed w/ “prosperity theology” are about the most vacuous conversions on the planet—“getting saved” just to worship more mammon, or, on the Catholic side, becoming a Roman priest just to bless whichever layman offers the biggest donation. Most USA faithful lack focus.

  • God bless you brother from an Orthodox Serb.

  • Big fan of Brother N. here! However, I don't think that I would ever want to live a life as a monk. Wow!!! The isolation and repetitiveness would be, at least for me, very unbearable. This man is really getting hard-hitting education out there, and it's vital that his work continues to be supported. Sadly, so many of us, including myself, have been so beaten down by the Zionist controlled economic demise that it is not feasible to send financial support. But if things improve I and others will.

  • @PoliticalAnimal1959

Well, look at it this way, our lives are also in their own way extremely repetitive.

  • Brother Nathaniel, I converted to Greek Orthodox when I was 27, I was Catholic before, but the more I read about the Catholic church, the more it raised questions. So many people are blinded by the hipocracy, and just follow because they were raised that way, or don't want to be an outcast. I had this void in my soul, and one day I just walked into an Orthodox church, and spoke with the priest. I have to admit, Easter with the candles is absolutlely beautiful.

  • Very interesting Brother Nathaniel. Thanks for sharing.

  • Very fascinating, which monastery where you in?

Im a germanic pagan myself but i respect true christians and not the zionist mainstream ones

  • @StyrbjornStarke

I was in two: Holy Transfiguration & Dormition Skete for a total of 8 years. +bn

  • @zionget Brother Nathanael, you are not obliged to answer but I have a question for you.

Have you tried to learn modern or even better, ancient Greek just to read and learn Apostles' epistoles and gospels in their first, true and original form?

  • God Bless You Brother Nathanael.

  • Keep the faith brother Nathanael. May YHWH bless you!

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

'The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.' (1 Corinthians 1:18). The Holy Spirit through Paul told us about you 2,000 years ago. So we're not surprised you mock Christianity. Now, get over yourself and repent.

    .

  • Great video, I was always interested in your background.

  • So I guess clearing chakras and raising kundalini is out? Seriously though, this seems like a nice Summer camp! Good on you for massaging your pineal gland and releasing DMT from your spinal column through self deprivation! Ahhh, gotta love that Christian control! Nothing like it!

  • Absolutely beautiful video! BN is a true warrior. I love Orthodoxy.

  • Praise you Nathanael Keep doing work

  • Thank you, brother N. Your work is appreciated. Thank you for speaking the truth in your videos.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 a ploy to sell books, or even the work of autistic true believers. Anyone who fail to tow the official line gets censored, the famous ones get promoted to fit various agendas, etc.

If you shoot a bb gun at 800fps (600MPH) and count the number of feets it travels in 1 hr, then the space just in front of your nose is power of gasoline, 1 hr later, it's nuclear and we got a lot of it. So we're doomed...thanks science! But nobody die of nuclear (right!),we die of stroke, cancer..

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 Bro N allow me to set this scientific fanboy straight. Looking at Fukushima, you'd have to give up and admit there's a god. Let the egoistic mind runs wild and it ends up killing us all. But don't worry, there will be no or few deaths from radiation sickness. It's all cancer so science gets away free and we'll march faithfully to the tune of progress.

And please, theory and experiments have parted ways a long time ago. After that juncture, it's all a bluff or

  • Dear Brother Nathanael,

How you managed to unpack your entire monastic life in just 3:33 minutes I'll never know. But I do know you are amazing. Thank you for this important and inspiring video. Thank you most especially for the teaching on the Jesus Prayer.

Finally, thank you for uploading this video today of all days - my birthday! I take it as a gift.

    Very truly yours in Christ,

    Christine

  • Brother Nathaniel,

I spent time as a Pre-Novitiate and also as a Novice at a Franciscan Friary (Saint Pascal, Oak Brook, Illinois). There were over 1,00+ Friars of Priests and Brothers once there in a very peaceful and contemplative setting. Since that time, so very few men elected this life. Consequently, with the sharp decline in vocation, the Friary was sold to the DuPage Park District, and the building destroyed for land developers to put up very expensive homes. Our lifestyle is the same

  • You should protect your nationality not making hell and accepting Judaism. Just joking.

  • @zionget You must have had a great spiritual episode for your conversion and devotion. God is Love.

  • always pleasant

  • What a jovial old fellow! I enjoy your videos immensely. Bravo!

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 I agree with BN is some respects but i still think he would have starved the Natives of America to teach then how to read the bible.

  • OK, but how does a you tube account fit in with a monastic life style?

  • CULT MUCH?

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 Young Man, I don't have to prove that the Bible is the Word of God. The Bible, we Orthodox and Byzantine Catholic (Eastern Rite Catholics) call it the Sacred Scriptures, speaks for itself. The "FOCUS" of our faith is not the BIBLE. The teaching of the Christian faith pre-dates the BIBLE long before the Holy Church canonized the various books and put them into a BIBLE, as Protestants say. The FOCUS is the teachings by the Holy Apostles about the Divinity, Death and Resurrection.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

    THANK YOU!!!

  • This is awesome!

  • I came by Transfiguration and bought St. Issac the syrian big book.. you know that really big one.. anyway, i was there for a second, i believe the year was 98' i believe i saw you there, I remember your smile.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

The monk says he "embraced the Lord Jesus Christ as the jewish messiah."

The jews believe there will be a messiah? Where is that written in the Bible? And, if they do, how do they know Jesus wasn't the one?

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 continued... Anytime you see "Jew" in the Bible you should CORRECT this deception and use the ORIGINAL word Judahite whenever you see "Jew". You will not find the word "Jew" in any pre-1700 Bible.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 1. What kind of "Jew" do your friends think Jesus was? An Edomite, Canaanite, Sephardic or Ashkenazi? Your making the mistake that the Hebrew Bible is somehow a "Jew/Pharisee" Bible, which is 100% wrong.Since when is a Judahite (family member of the House of Judah) a "Jew"? Since the word "Jew" was created and inserted into the Bible in the late 1700's. Ironically the same time the Rothchilds assumed control of European Banking and all the power that goes hand in hand.

  • Really interesting broadcast, that is a.. hell of a regime. Considering you are the smartest most enlightened spiritual cookies out there, all the thinking you are doing it never occurs that you have given so much of your life and for what? You very rarely see anything positive about religion now a days, i think the cats out the bag and people are looking for more than just Faith to carry on with the absurd and contradictory life serving any of the God's out there. Cant we all just get along?

  • I may not agree with your points of view, be it many or few, but I have subscribed to you for the reason of learning and this video is an excellent example why.

  • How many Orthodox Christians are there in the US?

  • @BehelitOutlaw Not nearly enough!

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

Nietzsche was a high level freemason(freemasonry is jewish) and a kabbalist like jewish zoharists, sabbateans or donmeh crypto jews.So he was just copying what jacob frank ment with V the transvaluation of values. In hating God, Jesus Christ they became satanists. You have to choose. The destroyer will destroy you.Jesus Christ saves.Or would you prefer to get what you deserve? Why? John 3:15. As god what would have been you solution? Just think about it..

  • @johannes3v16. What evidence do you have to back up your claims about Nietzsche? How do you know the Bible is the word of god? How do you know a god exists?

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

Christianity may b 2 altruistic but so is Buddhism or Jainism, nothing wrong with it being pacifistic and passionate.

A society needs both the Savage and the Saint.

  • The Bible is an Israelite book, not a "jewish" book. The word jew wasn't in the Bible until the book of Ester during the Babylonian captivity of the house of Judah, which was after the house of Israel split with the house Judah (the jews). The Talmud is a jewish book. The jews fit none of the prophecies of Israel, such as; Israel would carry the Gospel to the world, to have control of the seas, to become a company of nations, colonize the desolate places, have a home northwest of palestine...

  • I like Nietzsche, but I think he was wrong when he said that christianism was all about equality. All over the Bible you can find texts that speak about hierarchy and about keeping with your own people.

Those who reject religion are indeed slaves to the NWO.

  • Now if you only had martial arts as part, this might seem more inviting. Oh yea, I'd miss women too much too.

  • Would appreciate your doing more videos on Interior Prayer and the monastic life.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 Pick up some Books on fulfilled Prophecy

Theres not near enogh room on this forum to put 1% of the evidence

  • @ncwdane. Ha ha ha. Give me ONE example.

  • A very disciplined, noble and honourable lifestyle Brother Nathanael - but I do ask - why Orthodox Christianity rather than Catholicism for example? I'm sure you've answered that a hundered times or more, I'd appreciate your time if you reply! Thanks!

  • There is a purpose you are making those vids.

Anyways all of Christianity was invented by Rome to replace Judaism so they could be under control of roman Empire. So please stop with the politics and start telling about Jesus christ one of them at least [Eleazar] and the deserters who helped Rome to create a new religion. For an example Josephus Ben Mathiass

.Eat my body and drink my blood. Isn't that called cannibalism during the Roman Judeo war?

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14

Run through your ridiculous rant to the Lord Jesus Christ when you and Nietzsche stand naked before Him on Judgement Day. The Church is the "Israel of God" and repudiates Judaism as its Old Testament polity have been annihilated since Christ's instituting the New Covenant. +Brother Nathanael

  • @zionget. Calling what I said a ridiculous rant, and using Bible (ha ha ha) based scare tactics in your response to me, without providing any evidence to prove your religious claims is - ridiculous (lol). Keep your Christian scare tactics ("Judgement Day") for the weak-minded suckers, this White man does not want, or need, your Jewish mythological nonsense (Bible). The Church (MEN) VOTED on what books should make up the Bible!!! (lol), but it is god's word??? (lol). This exchange is over. :o)

  • @zionget ~ Is SALVATION found by following the 7 sacraments??

  • @zionget

What is the New Covenant? And while you're at it, what would "The Old Covenant" be?

  • @zionget ~ Why R U deleting my ???

  • @SuperWilliam2424

What is your question? I have no idea why your comment did not show. Nothing was deleted. Sometimes there are gliches on YouTube you know...+bn

  • Protestantism is a corruption of the true faith that opened the door for satanic Freemsonry to enter the holy church and corrupted all that belong to Christ. And, what is Freemasonry? It is Judaism for gentiles, talmudic satanic religion Jews picked up from their sojourn in Babylonia and perfected satanism through the centuries. It is the Protestants who aided and abetted and enabled the Jews in their endeavours.

  • In today’s times the most effective way of progressing spiritually is chanting the Name of God.

Repeating the name of God enables us to overcome destiny.

  • @ktomasz999 we Hindus believe this as well. Jai Krishna.

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 Christ is risen!

  • @RabMaksim. Prove it (lol).

  • @NIETZSCHEAN14 Check this /watch?v=BfV2tPKQWjU

  • @RabMaksim. Give me your arguments to prove what you claim.

  • Wow Brother...so how well do you know the Greek language? How fluent are you in this language? Since you are a former Jew (in religion) do you know any Hebrew? I found this video very interesting, keep up the good work. May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you in your efforts. ♰

  • I think its cool that while you eat, you listen to passages. That way you can enjoy your food in peace, and focus on the words being said. Besides food is like a gift from the gods, at least meals and feasts are, so it seems like an appropriate thing. :) Very nice.

  • this is so nice.

  • w w w . the lost word . dk

  • Hi from ireland brother i think what your doing is great i have nothing but respect for u your an inspiration i think i would be cool if you could share some of your prayers with us to learn.post them on your channel.thnx

  • Self-hypnosis.

  • @JimmyMacJones

The Holy Name of the Lord Jesus Christ has nothing to do with "hypnosis" but much to do with casting our demons. Cynics and scorners (like you) included. +bn

  • @zionget ~ I'm Gonna ask you again!! Do you Follow the 7 Sacraments???

  • @SuperWilliam2424 7 Sacraments?

  • man what a life of peace :)

i wish to do something like that in my later years

    thanks for the info

  • can you make more of these?

  • great video dude, i'm very interested in your past, not dissimilar to the CIA. lol

  • Very GOOD video....the people needed to see that you're not a whacko.

  • Father i am orthodox christian from greece and i want to translate your videos to greek. In order to do this i should upload your videos again on youtube with greek subtitles. Have I the permission to do this?

  • @atmosphere16

Yes, my dear fellow Orthodox Christian, you INDEED have my permission...+bn

  • @zionget Thank you Father.May god give you more strength to beat Zionism. I live in Konitsa, where elder Paisios lived for some years.

  • @zionget father ....can you explain me the difference between Orthodox and catholic ? Jesus is son of God or Jesus is a prophet , or maybe Jesus is God himself ??

and why orthodox is better than others ??

  • @theash3s I hope the father answers you, but I'll try to help. From year 33 AD when the Apostles started the church to year 1054 AD all of Christendom was one global church, pure and unheretical. By the mid dark ages the roman catholic church changed a doctrine on the Trinity and wanted the Pope to become the head of the whole church, even though the church had no head prior to that, but was governed by councils of all bishops. That lead to the church breaking in half. (Continued)

  • @theash3s The western, roman part continued changing the faith and adding many heresies to its doctrines such as the virgin birth of Virgin Mary, Papal Infailibility , Penal substituion and many more. The eastern part of the Church from which the western brke of, kept the faith pure and unchanged to this day, and it is now known as the Orthodox Church. It is historicaly the same church the apostles founded, and has kept the faith pure from those days, hence it is the One True Church of God.

  • @theash3s Jesus is God and son of God. There is one God and God is one being but in three persons, the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son and the Spirit eternaly emerge from the Father and have always existed. The Son is begoten from the Father and they are two persons, but in essence they are one being, and they are God.

  • @RabMaksim huuum so in other words god divided himself ?

  • @theash3s I wouldn't say divided as he is still One, but also Three at the same time, it's complicated. Chech Saint Augustines explanation on it, he does it well.

  • @RabMaksim but why he would do that ? why he needs to be 3 ppl at the same time ??

  • It is a good thing I am open minded because this video will throw many and most agnostics and atheists into a realm of perpetual fits.
