Being anti-religious and trying to turn everyone into an atheist is no different then a religious person being anti-atheist, you are the same except at the other end of the argument. Ignorance is the real and only danger in the world.
the truth of the matter is the irish goverment brought in this law not for the catholic church but so that an even more narrow minded group the muslims wont be offended
Yeah you said : Catholics are intolerant shit heads lol. You are aware your church spawned Hitler; right? Yup, it's respective anti-semitism was removed in 1954..what a coincidence
SO yeah fuck you making atheists look bad suck my balls
You have to be the slowest-minded individual I've ever encountered..
Ahem. I'll explain this to you slowly shall I?
My original quote was:
'>People like you are shit head.
>Your the intolerant one.
Oh, the irony.'
The '>' marks denote quotation, I was quoting you directly calling other people 'shit heads' and pointing out the utter hypocrisy of *you* calling other intolerant.
Not once anywhere in my comment did I even mention the phrase 'Catholic' or imply in any way that the intolerance and Catholicism have any causal link. That may very well be my opinion, but the fact of the matter is; I never stated it. You misunderstood my quoting you and made up the rest of this nonsense yourself, then proceeded to go into a very long, boring tirade of swearing and insults and missapprehensions. Are you getting this yet?
The '>' in my comment denotes a quoation, from you.
I'll re-do it with proper apostrophes so that you understand.
''You're a shit head'' <- Your quote.
''You're intolerant'' <- Also your quote.
It's not possible to use both of those sentences and NOT be intolerant, regardless of whether or not your opponent agreed with you, calling him/her a ''shit head'' makes *you* look intolerant, I tried to highlight your hypocrisy with direct quotations...christ.
@BelfastAtheist ar you stupid or something read the commment you made a few weeks ago you said catholics are shit heads and you can not read your own comments? you are one stupid shit if you can not read your own comments
Ireland didnt really have religious conflict problems, it was more about unionism and nationalism in the north but made up to be a purely religious thing. The irish church did have a big role in the country for many years and sadly the effects are still there to be seen. I share your hope that our laws will catch up to modern times soon, if not i may just move away
I live in Ireland and I go to catholic school as well, I am an atheist and I'm telling you now there is no law stating this. I can stand up in the middle of religion class and say "I'm anAtheist" and nothing will happen. I don't have a problem with religion but it's people like you making all religious people look bad. Once again there is no law about this and you should stop saying it, religion isn't worth fighting over the catholic church has more blood on it's hands than hitler !
@DJAnnamarie1993 and @SuperPieBros Do you Irish read local newspapers... at all? Keep your eyes open for the words "Defamation Act 2009". If you can't be bothered to notice or care for which rights and freedoms your government is taking away from you, you probably don't deserve them to begin with.
@henkvanderlaak dude it's not really a law if they don't do s**t about it. Like I could shout it out in a public place (And I have) and nothing will happen.
@DJAnnamarie1993 Right, so nobody was paying attention and you got away with it. And can you count on it, that you can do it again next week or next month and still get away with it? Can you do it in front of a couple of gardaí? Can you publish your words in the local newspaper? What will happen if a nice old granny then files a complaint against you?
At some point you'll find out that the law is very real and you *will* be silenced by your government, 1984 style.
Fuck you dick faced cunt sucking piece of shit I'm a catholic from Ireland and my sister is an atheist. Fuck you making catholics look like intolerant shit heads ! It's such bullshit there is no law in Ireland saying that shit I bet youi made it up cause you have no life loser !
Catholics are intolerant shit heads lol. You are aware your church spawned Hitler; right? Yup, it's respective anti-semitism was removed in 1954..what a coincidence.
@BelfastAtheist fuck you explane this you call catholics shit heads for being intolerant but by calling catholics shit heads you are your self an intorlent shithead oh and by the way how is that for irony
Can you not read? Or are you just incapable of rational thought? I never called catholics 'shit heads' not only is such childish nonsense below me, but it wasn't even implied. I was actually mocking you, for calling people who don't agree with your position 'shit heads' and pointing out how intolerant it makes you look. You really need to learn how to read...
Incidentally, you don't appear to know what 'irony' means. Yep, call someone a 'shit head' that's how to win a debate...
I'm not having this fucking argument again. Read 'Mein Kempf' watch Hitler's speeches (Notably the Nuremberg rallies) read his private correspondonces and you'll find he was very much a believer, who earnestly believed he was doing 'Gods work' but then again, so did the Crusaders..
Hitler invokes YHWH in practically every chapter of Mein Kepmf, as well as in virtually all of his speeches. As for Stalin, yep he was an atheist. I suppose atheism is evil now? :(
"religions will never be able to coexist with eachother"
religion written as an agenda of what u have to believe and what you have to focus in live does not change. It does not develope, like a society. It has no changing Zeitgeist, it remains still for hundreds of years. There is a good reason why we dont stone people in civilized countries, but these reasons are developed by humans not by the bible or the quran.

Bush has no say so, because he's not even human. None of those clowns in "power" are. They don't belong where they are and they all need to be removed. As long as they run a corrupt government, their laws are void. The people are stronger than the government and we need to start acting like it. 1st law as far as i'm concerned is that war is a crime and will never be waged. Those intent on waging war will be tried and convicted of treason against the people of this world.
