Forty-five minutes later, Oswald murders a police officer. There are some 53 pieces of evidence linking Oswald to the murder. There are zero pieces of evidence linking anyone else. Oswald = Guilty!

@abennett4 , you are quite wrong. The preponderance of the witnesses identified the area of the grassy knol and the railroad tracks as the source of the shots. This does not rule out other locations for shots. Logic would dictate a triangulation for the shooters in order to get the job done. But you are quite mistaken. The Warren Report was deliberately selective and obfuscating, and with good reason; IT WAS WRONG.

First of all, the snipers nest. Also, ballisc tests proved that all the shots fired were fired from Oswald's rifle found in the TSBD. All the autopsy patholigists concluded Kennedy was struck ONLY in the back. These findings have been confirmed by four commissions.Case Solved!

the accoustice evidence was DONE BY THE HSCA - THEY CONDUCTED TESTS. I don't know what you are referring to. they conducted TESTS to see if they could replicate what was on the dicatabelt. The acoustic evidence of a shot from the North Knoll still stands, as well as smoke seen(and smelled) by several witnesses. Remember the HSCA in their final days indicated a shot that missed was fired from that area.

When Curry retired as police chief, he wrote a book called "JFK Assassination File." In a 1969 interview for the DMN Curry stated,

"We don't have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle, and never did

My question has never been answered: everyone that thinks that LHO was on the 2nd floor "calmly drinking a Coke" - why would anyone stay inside a building when the President, First Lady, Vice-President, 2nd Lady, etc. are driving by in a huge motorcade? You are right. Bugliosi spent 21 years researching the assassination for his 2800 page book written long hand on legal pads, that is not something you do if you want to make a profit. He included 10000 citations. The book came with a CD of over 1000 pages of all the evidence from the Warren comission and the House select commitee on assasinations.
