@e11studios That Charlie Scars guy sound like a really stand-up guy. @blooregard77 There was a movie from years ago with Michael Douglas where a group of Judges and cops started an underground organization that use to blast people like this when they were released from prison early. But eventually they went after an innocent man wrongly accused….so prob not a good idea.

@blooregard77...why bother with investing in the law enforcement "career"....buy a gun and shot the bitches at first site. Money saved - problem solved.
Those girls aren't fit to clean the dirt off the bottom of my shoes. They're evil, and in my opinion, deserved death penalties. They ALL knew what they were doing to the little girl and they ALL got off to easy. If I saw any one of them(including Amanda), I'd have to restrain myself from spitting on them or harming them. Bloody SCUM. R.I.P Shanda. Those kinda of ppl make me hope there's a hell.
@FullMoonVideo I somehow think that myself, she seemed to have very meek and low self esteem by looking at her, too afraid to do anything during the murder. Then again, what else can you say. The world is messed up
@NeverAgain1985 She got along with Laurie as well as the preppie types…she doesn’t seem to be judgmental. Hope had more influence with Laurie and had she sided with Toni that night, good chance Laurie would have sided with her townie friends over Melinda…Odds are things would have turned out much different.
It is ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE WHAT they did to that little girl. How many time they stabbed her, how many times they tortured and brutally attacked her. It is even MORE unbelievable that they were released out of jail! They should have at least been given a life in prison! These motherbitches are out there, living their lives after taking away someone else's... SMH. Fucking gay ass system.
Those bitches will burn in hell for some shit like that. SMH that was 12 year old girl and they were older. They knew better. I saw one of the killer's on Dr. Phil and she acted as if she were victimized. She had a choice but chose to be a follower. They are very lucky that they did not get the needle because they were all underage. Shanda was such a beautiful little girl.
@FullMoonVideo over another female...it was senseless and evil. No one not even an animal should be killed in such a manner. They are cowards and never will have peace in their lives.
Two of these girls who helped kill Shanda, and specifically these two (Hope and Toni) who had the opportunity to get help at Laurie Tackett's house, are the ones who are free. Toni, who claims she bit her "own hand". How stupid can she think people are? She was as much involved in this murder as the others and she was the first one released. It makes me ill.
@tearsinheaven22 True, people have questioned the bite mark on Toni’s hand, especially since it was not compared to Shanda’s dental records that they did have. If Shanda did bite Toni this would mean that Toni was at the least involved with restraining Shanda. The detectives may have looked at her hand and decided that the bite did not come from Shanda but you would have to ask Steve Henry that question. He does not impress me as the type to go easy on anyone if they are guilty.
@MichaelHansenFUN It is in one of them, I think “Sacrifice”. It was also mentioned on one of the first web-sites I had seen on the internet about this crime back in like “99”, and before Toni was released. It was this web-site that mentioned “WHY” had not Shanda’s dental records been compared to Toni’s bite mark on her hand.
@FullMoonVideo You know you have a very good point. I think someone should be asking Steve Henry that exact question because someone may have dropped the ball on this... being that DNA testing at that time was not as prevalent as it is today. I would love to see new evidence develop that overturned Hope and Toni's sentences and put them back behind bars where they belong.
@tearsinheaven22 Not sure if anything can be done to change the injustice that has prevailed. What you can do is donate to the Scholarship fund Jacque has started. Follow the link at my channel page…you will find a link and info at that website. Anything you can afford would help $5-$10-$20
I'm pretty sure that what these 4 girls inflicted on Shanda should have been done to THEM... not allowed FREEDOM as Toni Lawrence and Hope Rippey, and further to that, I'd be first in line to give Melinda Loveless especially her/their due. Frankly HOW DO THESE JUDGES SLEEP AT NIGHT? They too, hope they rot in hell.
@z0mb1ek1ller999 I hate to admit I'd might want to be second in line with you. Most tragically, it will never bring Shanda back and those four girls are extremely, mentally ill. That's the other tragedy. Allowing two seriously disturbed girls back on the street.
@z0mb1ek1ller999 This country’s priorities are fu*ked-up. They would rather throw people in prison for pot and let these killers out for overcrowding. And it is these so called conservatives that push for this. I have meet so many of them who say such things publicly than use drugs in their privet lives…their reason, they can handle them as others can not. WTF !
Shanda Sharer’s mother and sister Paije will be on Dr Phil on Friday the 20th. They will appear again on Monday the 23rd and confront one of Shanda’s killers. I wonder who it will be, Toni or Hope?
I thought the lawyer should have included in his presentation the fact and the experience of the 10 hours she was in the trunk of the car. Not just say that fact but actually make the court pause for ten hours and let everyone there feel the physicalness of time and the wieght it gains in the mind .time hase a real physical effect on things. Like a real time experience and not just a summery.
@FullMoonVideo Did the Jury find them guilty on all counts? And did the judge give them the maximum time for the crimes? Thanks for the clear up on the gals that got out. I had gotten my info from wikipedia for sentences and time served.
I wonder if these gals got a following of freaky people who are attracted to people in jail.
In Shandas letter to her mom she speaks on her age and how she wanted to be older and so naturally she clinged to an older peer trying to fit in. thanks for awareness.
@34sunbunpart2 Try to fit in…well Amanda bullied Shanda into a relationship with her, than used Melinda’s threats to draw Shanda closer to her by saying she would protect her. Than she would be seen with Melinda one day and Shanda the next. We are told she continues this behavior to this day playing one against the other and aggressively pursuing younger women, straight or gay…Jacque is right, she is a predator.
There was no jury, they cut a deal and charges were dropped than went in front of a sentencing judge. And have trying to get out ever since, except for Laurie.
@Thebrowntown1234 they should have amore realistic way of conveing information in a trail. Re-inactment work. Time consuming but effective. But...the four girls who killed the 12 year old girl should never have had the prevledgeof a trial. If One girl objected this would not have happened. One of the girls could have stopped it. They said she came with them but they kidnappped her.
@Thebrowntown1234 what i was trying to say was that a trail has order and decorum and a meassure of respect to defendents. The trial that the 12 year old girl had was violent and swift and merciless. She made a plea to stop her killers but they (four killers) silenced her. threy killers didn't desirve the respect a court trail provides because of the violent and inhuiman way they killed that little 12 year old girl. Had it been my daughter I too would have been destroyed as a human being.
@Thebrowntown1234 there are effective forms of law that are different then what we use in north america. Military law, neopolian law sheria law . what would you change about it. the law.
@alphafirstoneyou im aware of other types of law and i dont care about them. we dont use other types of law. we use our law. and according to our law, all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
@Thebrowntown1234 There was no jury trial, they cut a deal and charges were dropped than went in front of a sentencing judge. And have trying to get out ever since, except for Laurie.
No milinda loveless was a good kid, she just never had a comfortable home like shanda share did, shanda had almost everything, all Milinda asked was for Shanda to leave Amanda Alone! Amanda Was milindas girlfriend! milinda asked nicely on a note if she could stay away from her girlfriend, but shanda Never did..plus milindas dad left she was goin trew a hard time
@FullMoonVideo sir your videos are amazing,Melinda loveless is human being and no matter what happen on that cold night of 1992 it will always be the same if i could make it stop i would. i Care for the beautiful angel Shanda and what they did Was wrong.but According to Charles Darwins theory only the strong live and survive. They all did there time knew what they did wrong They to are young ,Internet is a place for Voice, i didnt mean to offend you i think very highly of you, sorry
@niqhtm00n She may have asked nicely but she then showed up and the four of them kidnapped a 12 year old girl.
Also amanda is a dog. Nothing worth fighting over. If you ever see her picture you 'll agree. That was an excuse the four bitches gave to police. It had nothing to do with their motivation. Tackette was the worse. loveless was blinded by having a new friend. The other two just didn't give a shit what happened.
@alphafirstoneyou True True, i belive toni ha dsomething to do with it, she had a bite mark on her hand ,,she said she bit her hand so hard so withdrew blood, Therefore I belive Laurie Recived a Assocites Degree in prison, and compleated the PLUS program ,,,Melinda loveless asked for Early release ,,therefor 5,000 signatures sighed by citizens on the internet, kept her in prison the judge saw it and kept her in the law system..She did her time, for her crime Nuff Said

@niqhtm00n I wonder if she has to pay for that extra education that the rest of us in the real world have to? sounds like a lot of special treatment for evil.-refering to lauries ass. degree. they all had wickedness in them all through out the torture, where was the remorse? I havent heard it all but I wonder if they apoligized during the trial? Small gesture of remorse?
@niqhtm00n You sound as if Amanda didnt have a choice of what she wanted to do.Miss murdering loveless(appropriate name) had NO business telling people where they could go or do. Little dictator would have done well in Hitlers army. Hard times can be a matter of opinion and it doesnt give anyone the right to sadisticly kill someone with such deviant and demented , souless acts of evil. Sounds like a gang of devils in your area hope you grow a heart.
@niqhtm00n Can you hear yourself? NO ONE on the planet deserves to get the treatment that those 4 girls bestowed on Shanda. except maybe for the 4 of them to endure some of what they dished out that night. My Dad left my mom when I was 2 and my sister was 8. Guess that gives me the right to do that to you, since we've had a real "hard time"... that's what you just said.
@z0mb1ek1ller999 Fuck you, i know whats right and whats wrong! i hear both side of the story before i Judge!? only god can judge you on judgment day ,, no one else should have the right to judge others. He forgave melinda for what she did. shes already forgivin, Keep bullshittn tell your life is gone, cause live is naturally hell, you have to work to put a smile on.
Mary Bell killed two toddlers in Newcastle in the 60s but the media then was not what it is now. Mary was 11 at the time and never admitted her guilt. She's free now under a new identity much like Thompson and Venables. Mary's homelife apparently was horrific. Makes you wonder.
@Muirmaiden No matter how many time Mary moved and changed her name she was eventually discovered and forced to move again…something Hope can look forward to. Mary DID admit to the crimes in a book I read about her…she finally came clean. I can’t remember the name of the book but it is about 10yrs old.
@DemiLovatoFanSince07 The prosecutor was going for the death penalty for Laurie and Melinda, but they cut a deal. Hope and Toni were too young and did not qualify for the death penalty.
The difference between the Sylvia Likens case and Shanda's is that the former was instigated and encouraged by an adult, who later placed all the blame on the kids (her own and those in the neighborhood) and never took responsibility for what happened. In many ways, Shanda's murder is even more disturbing due to the fact that the perpetrators were teenage girls. I saw some autopsy photos of Shanda and I was upset for days - just horrific. That children could do that to another child.
@Muirmaiden Actually one is more likely to be violently attacked by a young person than an older one, they have yet to learn a respect for pain and feelings.
@Muirmaiden I think that's so disturbing too that kids are capable of doing such horrible things. And these girls weren't even the youngest people to torture and murder someone. A little British boy named James Bulger was abducted, tortured, and killed in 1993 by two boys were only 10 years old!
And there are actually autopsy photos of Shanda available to the public? I didn't know that, but even if they are, I definitely couldn't look at them because it would be so upsetting. :(
@CherryFrog321 , I don't know if the autopsy photos are available publicly, but they were in the Aphrodite Jones book mentioned by FullMoonVideo. I think Shanda's mother was right when she said that parents contribute to their kids' behavior. It's not an excuse, but it's true that in the Bugler case both boys were troubled and needed help but nothing was done. Kids pick up on what adults around them set up as examples. Not necessarily what they say but what they do.
@Muirmaiden - Oh, nevermind, just disregard my last comment. I wasn't aware that you were referring to the photos in Cruel Sacrifice. 'Should have continued reading the comments farther down before asking.
The only one I came face to face with was Toni and it wasn’t weird or creepy. It was interesting just knowing that she witnessed such a horrific act and how it affects her life to this day. What surprised me was how pleasant she was to me and her fragile persona. It made sense as to why she was afraid for herself and her family, and how she could actually bite into her own hand, I think she was experience shock by this time, and somewhat explains her lack of action that night.
@TheLolalee Well, this person deleted their profile…Hope or Melinda’s sisters, take your pick. I guess they still hold animosities for Toni for testifying against them.
Shanda was SO beautiful. I wish I looked that beautiful when I was 12! I was going through my "Awkward Phase" at that time. Apparently, Shanda didn't have that problem. :)
She was indeed incredibly beautiful, without trying, without being aware of that as a fact. She was innocent & all she wanted was to be 13 so she could have girlfriends sleep over! It's not a surprise the ugly of her world were insanely jealous. Not a one of'em could ever hold a candle to Shanda! They were low-brow & reveled in ignorance. ~_~
@evernetherall Hope was extremely jealous as to why she said “You don’t look so hot now” to Shanda when she bleeding to death in Laurie’s trunk, than sprayed Windex into her open wounds. But there is a Marion County religious politician who thinks Hope is a class act now and defends her with taxpayer dollars.
After reading some old newspaper articles about this case it appears that Toni was afraid of more than just her own safety that night, she was also afraid of retaliation from Laurie and Melinda’s friends if she squealed. Which turned out to be true since some of their friends were on their way to Madison with hatchets and knives in their car to kill Toni’s parents in revenge for her confession. They thought better of it and turned around, something Hope and Laurie should have done.
melinda loveless was such a sick bitch. that poor girl had no chance. i read the book and those girls were sick and twisted teenage girls get pissed of with outher girls but normal girls dont go around murdering how can they wake up every morring knowing what they did shanda was worth more than all those girls put togther RIP shanda
i can imagine the nightmares these girls' must have had then and must be just as scary now after all they deserve it...i hope they hear her screams and not forget it
sad sad story just shows that even girls commit horrific crimes and that it isn't rare anymore as documentation is taken during the events of these crimes.
No, I’m more interested in the human species as a whole, and in this case how the seemingly normal everyday teen like Hope and Toni could participate in such an evil act with deranged teens like Laurie and Melinda…Thanks to these videos being up I have found some interesting scenarios that contributed.
So, if I understand your comment correctly, you are saying that a teen who is gay or a lesbian is not an ordinary everyday teen? If you are not 100% sure (by verbal acknowledgement) how can you tell if a girl is a lesbian? Aside from the lesbians that dress and act like guys. How can you tell? Your comment would make more sense if you had said: "You call melinda and tony "seemingly normal everyday teens"!?? They murdered another girl for nothing, for cryin out loud".
I'll make a bet with you that some of the girls you went to school with that were and still are lesbians, you had no clue unless you were told. Not gossip or rumors, but first hand from the girl saying she is a lesbian. There are many "lipstick lesbians" that you see every day and have no clue that when she goes home, she shares her bed with another woman.
Richard Ramirez, Jeffery Dahmer and, Ted Bundy looked like normal everyday guys, but the killed people.
@Cynbad63 Well that is quite probably true, however there is not even remotely the amount of lesbians and faggotts that they would like you to beleive. Have a good day.
@FullMoonVideo Its better to keep away teens from lots of money, cars and a lavish lifestyle..how coolly they travelled so far wid the poor gal...Misuse of automobiles...
And accidents due to drunken driving too happen...
@Trashfished Are you related to Fred Phelps? Because those girls were lesbians you think they were predisposed to kill? Wow, I can understand prejudice of some sort, but you got some mental retardation setting in very quickly.
Shanda was such a beautiful girl with her whole life ahead of her. How dare that Lovelace even try to get sentence reduction? It says everything about her way of thinking. Selfish, no remorse, nothing there in that little head of hers.
i know where she works, my mom is a probation officer of indianapolis and she has every offender's criminal records. we looked up Hope yesterday she is currently living just south of indianapolis i forget the exact city and she works at a dog grooming place i believe i'll try and get ahold of that information when my parents get home from work and i'll let you know
I wanted to mention, I have watched this documentary of yours several times its very well done, the content is more than fascinating, and its well produced especially considering the limited time you had there, and that youre using your own personal gear. I share your interest in these types of things, this is exactly the type of things I would be doing if I had the time and means to do so. But off topic, are you Frank Pilaggi? Childhood friend of Richard Sharpe as shown in Criminal Behavior #3?
@tallifer1 Also I was really curious about the "witches castle". A very eerie place was that an old hunting cabin or something? Do you have anymore info on that place?
@tallifer1 The witches castle is a local place rumored to be haunted by 3 sisters that was said to be witches. When the locals found they were supposed to be witches they raided them and from what I read was burned alive...ironic huh?
@NewAlbanyWarriors Thanks for the info! Do you have any idea what time frame that was? I ask because it looks to be a hunting or fishing or mining cabin from the early 1900's
@NewAlbanyWarriors Someone sent me a picture of this place when it was a bed and breakfast before it was abandoned...a very cool looking place with a great view of the river.
@tallifer1 It was a very nice bed & breakfast that was abandoned, then neglected...the three sisters that were witches are just rumors probably started because of its strange layout and the fact it is overgrown and falling down.
good documentry! i first learned about shandra about an hour ago watching abouther on i.d that turned my stomach and then i clicked onto this and learned of what really happened and i am in shock at how melinda could be so jelous over a 12yr old girl? what they did was inhumane and discusting, none of them deserve to be out of prison they were tried as adults therefore should pay like adults not be let out early. melinda and laurie should never be released for shandras justice!
Okay this is what I know- so far as the other two girls are still in prison they run the prison, the guards bow down to them- and so I say this- where is Shanda's justice? I'm OUTRAGED to hear of this story today and I'm OUTRAGED that they are even trying to get released NO WAY- NOT ON MY WATCH!
I wouldn't do anything . I dont live there. I wanted to know mostly out of curiosity . But if it was made public maybe Hope would get the harrassment she deserves. She doesn't deserve to live out the rest of her life undisturbed and peacefully in my opinion.
Marble is so right. Too bad preachers are preaching false doctrine. Read your bibles and God will show you truth. Bible also says to visit those in jail. Maybe they needed prison to repent!
Xcellent Reminder, skylur44! Thank You. And that applies to ALL age groups. I remember being 12 like Shanda; now I'm a Grandmother's age. We're all vulnerable~all us "boys n'girls," & need to be vigilant & watch our backs. ^_~\\

ABritt06 8 months ago
@ABritt06 Yup, and they were jealous of her...so they killed her.
FullMoonVideo 8 months ago
@FullMoonVideo over another female...it was senseless and evil. No one not even an animal should be killed in such a manner. They are cowards and never will have peace in their lives.
ABritt06 8 months ago
Two of these girls who helped kill Shanda, and specifically these two (Hope and Toni) who had the opportunity to get help at Laurie Tackett's house, are the ones who are free. Toni, who claims she bit her "own hand". How stupid can she think people are? She was as much involved in this murder as the others and she was the first one released. It makes me ill.
tearsinheaven22 8 months ago
@tearsinheaven22 True, people have questioned the bite mark on Toni’s hand, especially since it was not compared to Shanda’s dental records that they did have. If Shanda did bite Toni this would mean that Toni was at the least involved with restraining Shanda. The detectives may have looked at her hand and decided that the bite did not come from Shanda but you would have to ask Steve Henry that question. He does not impress me as the type to go easy on anyone if they are guilty.
FullMoonVideo 8 months ago 3
@FullMoonVideo i dont remember anything about any biting in the book
MichaelHansenFUN 8 months ago
@MichaelHansenFUN It is in one of them, I think “Sacrifice”. It was also mentioned on one of the first web-sites I had seen on the internet about this crime back in like “99”, and before Toni was released. It was this web-site that mentioned “WHY” had not Shanda’s dental records been compared to Toni’s bite mark on her hand.
FullMoonVideo 8 months ago
@FullMoonVideo You know you have a very good point. I think someone should be asking Steve Henry that exact question because someone may have dropped the ball on this... being that DNA testing at that time was not as prevalent as it is today. I would love to see new evidence develop that overturned Hope and Toni's sentences and put them back behind bars where they belong.
tearsinheaven22 8 months ago

They too, hope they rot in hell.
z0mb1ek1ller999 8 months ago
@z0mb1ek1ller999 I hate to admit I'd might want to be second in line with you. Most tragically, it will never bring Shanda back and those four girls are extremely, mentally ill. That's the other tragedy. Allowing two seriously disturbed girls back on the street.
tearsinheaven22 8 months ago

34sunbunpart2 8 months ago
@34sunbunpart2 Try to fit in…well Amanda bullied Shanda into a relationship with her, than used Melinda’s threats to draw Shanda closer to her by saying she would protect her. Than she would be seen with Melinda one day and Shanda the next. We are told she continues this behavior to this day playing one against the other and aggressively pursuing younger women, straight or gay…Jacque is right, she is a predator.

Thebrowntown1234 8 months ago
@Thebrowntown1234 they should have amore realistic way of conveing information in a trail. Re-inactment work. Time consuming but effective. But...the four girls who killed the 12 year old girl should never have had the prevledgeof a trial. If One girl objected this would not have happened. One of the girls could have stopped it. They said she came with them but they kidnappped her.
alphafirstoneyou 8 months ago
@alphafirstoneyou if they didnt have a trial then they couldnt have been sentenced..
Thebrowntown1234 8 months ago
@Thebrowntown1234 what i was trying to say was that a trail has order and decorum and a meassure of respect to defendents. The trial that the 12 year old girl had was violent and swift and merciless. She made a plea to stop her killers but they (four killers) silenced her. threy killers didn't desirve the respect a court trail provides because of the violent and inhuiman way they killed that little 12 year old girl. Had it been my daughter I too would have been destroyed as a human being.

Muirmaiden 1 year ago
@Muirmaiden Actually one is more likely to be violently attacked by a young person than an older one, they have yet to learn a respect for pain and feelings.
FullMoonVideo 1 year ago
@Muirmaiden I think that's so disturbing too that kids are capable of doing such horrible things. And these girls weren't even the youngest people to torture and murder someone. A little British boy named James Bulger was abducted, tortured, and killed in 1993 by two boys were only 10 years old!
And there are actually autopsy photos of Shanda available to the public? I didn't know that, but even if they are, I definitely couldn't look at them because it would be so upsetting. :(
CherryFrog321 11 months ago
@CherryFrog321 , I don't know if the autopsy photos are available publicly, but they were in the Aphrodite Jones book mentioned by FullMoonVideo. I think Shanda's mother was right when she said that parents contribute to their kids' behavior. It's not an excuse, but it's true that in the Bugler case both boys were troubled and needed help but nothing was done. Kids pick up on what adults around them set up as examples. Not necessarily what they say but what they do.
Muirmaiden 11 months ago
@Muirmaiden - May I ask where you saw the autopsy photos of Shanda? I didn't think any had ever been publicized.

@Darkydrago

Cynbad63 1 year ago
@Trashfished

"I already know that she is very sorry."
She was an accomplice to the MURDER of a twelve-year-old CHILD, and in creating the utter fear that lingered in the Southern Indiana community.
I can say this because I went to Our Lady of Perpetual Help with Shanda. At the age of 13 I and my classmates had to bury a classmate.
So, boohoo that she is sorry and "just made a bad decision." You live with the decisions you make.
