Herbal Medicine & Home Remedies : Uses for Licorice Root

My friend from Hong Kong told me to make a tea from licorice root by simply boiling a small pan of water, putting the root into the water, and then drinking it three times per day. Use the same root. I haven't tried it, but today, I'm off to the local Asian grocer to see if they have the root.

i've tried the root tea omg i nearly gagged sugar doesn't help ither.

I bought iicorice root sticks. How do I prepare them? I should have bought the slices as they as easier to chew and suck on.

@vzarou it is available in any health food store a big bag for about 4 dollars an 10 cents

let me tell you. this stuff really works!!!! She never mentions its and anti-viral herb. It really does increase certain desires.
